So we went in early March and have to say it was a great time. We've been to Secrets resorts several times and decided to try this out. The high rise aspect is great cause there's much less walking to attractions & Restaurants. The thing we really missed was a swim up bar in pool. We new it going into it but didn't realize how much we enjoyed that. The Entertainment team was great and Dania was awesome. She made our days a blast. The thing that sucks is even if your preferred there are certain limitations. I was bummed that Creamy Tequila 1921 was only available on 9th floor. Seems to me if you pat for preferred you should be able to get it anywhere on the resort. My friend said the options for good Whiskys and Bourbon was bad. The food was great at each restaurant we tried. The 16th floor Steak house was my favorite. We took a walk down beach and found a cool place for lunch of site. Was not included but was incredible. I recommend trying that. I would not go back but only because we enjoyed being future south near Akumal more. Less wind better beach. …

The resort is absolutely gorgeous! Our room was really spacious, clean and very comfortable. The views from the balcony were breathtaking! We found the food at the restaurants was top-notch with enough variety that we could try something new for dinner each night. However, above all, the thing that stood out was the level of service in every area of the hotel. The restaurant staff, the housekeeping, the concierge, all supplied impeccable service. It is also very conveniently located near the ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres - great for day trips. We would definitely come back again!

This was our first trip to Cancun and this place made our stay fantastic. Rooms were both elegant and very clean. The shower in our room was unforgettable! Huge with huge shower head. Loved it. Every room has ocean and pool views. Food and drinks were always incredible. Can't wait to go again. Also the tours available through the hotel were the best. We went to Chichen Izta and the Cenote. Great tour guide and very nice bus!

Dreams Vista is absolutely beautiful! The building is an incredible design that offers many beautiful views of Cancun, Isla Mujures, and shockingly blue water. The Dreams team is attentive, professional, and fantastic - we had great service with restaurants, pool service, housekeeping, and front desk/preferred club. The cherry on top is the amazing Entertainment Team! We filled our week with water aerobics, surfing, games, volleyball, soccer, and laughs on top of laughs. The evening shows are equally fun, we wanted to catch them all! This team is energetic, flexible, so very kind, and top notch fun! We loved surfing with Moises (ages 7-43, all nailed it!), volleyball with Bryan and Rubi, soccer with Jessica and Chris, water games with Erik and Bryan, great questions and beats by Dania, and the best of the best, Berenice leads this crew with energy, excitement, and F-U-N! We can't wait to come back, thank you for all the efforts that go into making our vacation so amazing and memory filled. We'd also highly suggest taking the ferry to Isla Mujures, it's an easy walk to the ferry, quick boat ride, and the beaches, water, and shops/restaurants are fun to check out. We loved absolutely everything about this wonderful place. Starting from exquisite service and finishing with just every detail. Loved the design and how this hotel has beautiful view from all it's sides. What a beautiful design of a building. The food is great! A lot of healthy choices, lots of vegan choices. The cocktail were soooo good! Because it's not too big, there are no crowds or lines. Night entertainment is good. Only the magic show I would switch to something else. During the day lots of activities for kids. Spa! Omg! You can enjoy beautiful view, while in a sauna. Again wonderful service there.. Kids are good, teen area.. Perfect five stars. I honestly don't even know where to begin. The service is impeccable. The food is excellent. The spa was amazing, the preferred lounge and the food, drinks and service were great. Carlos is amazing. The R rooftop VIP area is breathtaking. That is also the best sit down restaurant in my opinion. We tried the Italian, Mexican and Asian. I thought the buffet restaurant was the best. They have many stations with fresh very good tasking food. Again, the service is amazing. Especially at the buffet. Outside they have cool and fun activities all day and night. Some really amazing shows. If your at the pool someone always asks you for drinks. The rooms are modern and spacious. The kids are a is amazing. I could have stayed there myself. I even used the meeting rooms business area. I wanted to keep working. Very peascul and great views. If by chance you leave they are very careful about making sure they get all the details to and from the hotel. The hotel itself is an absolutely gorgeous architectural feet. It's sleek and modern and beautiful.. Honestly, especially if you are with a family. Do not go anywhere else. You will fall in love. The only quibble I guess is the jacuzzi is not hot outside by the beach and the beach as others have mentioned is a little small. However, it was windy and we didn't spend much time on the beach. My wife and I came to this resort to celebrate our honeymoon. Our expectations were blown away. The staff is beyond friendly and the resort was spotless. The service was amazing and we never waited more then 5 minutes for anything. The hidden gem for us was the Prime Vista restaurant on the very top floor. We went twice during our weeks long stay. Our servers Alexander and Jonathan were great. Emi was also incredible and he made sure we had the best honeymoon dining experience with delicious wine parings for our meals, coupled with a breathtaking view of the city. We can’t recommend enough to try it for yourself! The spa was a very relaxing experience. We would also like to thank Jessica and Henry, the activity coordinators, for making our stay extra fun.
