Louis el jefe, es muy amable...This is a really good deal and the third floor; rooms seven, eight, and nine are away from the comings and goings of others, are muted from too much loudness... Great water pressure and really hot water. 8 out of 10 rating, I reckon. Safe neighborhood with school activities and urban play ground one minute...

close to the ADO terminal, market, restaurants... We had a room on the 3rd floor, big doublebed, clean. NIce morning view over the roofs. Bathroom is small and the shower with a very low water pressure - so tricky to wash your hair.... Breakfast just jam , butter, toast . kind of self service. We found just one men speaking...

After paying what I consider a lot of money for a room " between 300 and 400 dollars " a night I am unabell to use the WiFi without paying 50 dollars a week. I have not spent any time at the resort. Every day I go into the main hotel area in search of free WiFi. Which is the...

I had booked this place through booking.com website. It is very close to the ADO bus terminal and hence has a very good access. The payment was to be made directly at the venue and they also accept card payment which I realized only later. I presume the area around is not very safe and I saw some people (suspiciously...

I traveled in Cancun without a reservation in any hostel/hotel around NYE (advice: do NOT do that!). Everything on hostelworld was fully booked so I found this place while walking on the streets after getting off the bus station (it's 2 mins from it). The staff is helpful (but speak very little English, so make sure at least one person...

This isn't the nicest place, for sure, but you get Bimbo/Wonder bread, butter, and jam for breakfast, along with coffee, and it's only a few blocks from the ADO terminal. Lots of great restaurants nearby. One note on service: I was there for a wedding and didn't have the address of the resort. The front desk staff helped me find...

This is a great find for anyone travelling on a budget. Initially we were trying to find another hostel, but it had closed, and a local pointed us in the direction of Las Palmas. We checked out the dorms which weren't too inspiring, but were then shown a room which was lovely! Bright, clean, nice bed, TV, air con and...
