This hotel is obviously not the best one in Cancún, but if you want to stay in the center of Cancún and not the touristy area and you're kind of on a budget and want to use public transportation, here's the place! It's like a 3 to 5 minute walk to the shuttles that go to Playa del Carmen and...

What can I say. Probably the worst hotel ive stayed in. Situated on the ground floor its like a dungeon. Windows do not open and got a brick wall in front of it. The most disapointing thing is there is no pool bar! So cant even get a drink. No one in the food hall understands english so ordering breakfast...

I stayed here for a week and it was not the nightmare some reviewers imply. Yes, the place needs renovations (New bathroom and shower fixtures for a start!) but I slept well here and had hot water (run it for a few minutes if it is cold at first), a firm bed and good housekeeping service. I saw no bugs,...

This hotel seems to think it is ok to have bar at their front door with very loud music. If you don't care about sleeping then this place is just barely passable with very old everything. Why keep a hotel open if you aren't going to take care of it. Why have a hotel at all if your guests can't...

Easy check in, friendly staff. Rooms could use some Reno's and a little more cleaning. Nice to have a pool. Internet only in the lobby. Budget hotel that is close to Ado bus station. Great for a night or two..

The hot water cut avec 2 minutes, two friends had also a room and the same situation happened, they change room and happened again, so it's a general problem. There is spot on the sheets and towels. The wifi is only working in the lobby. The service at the front desk is also terrible. I will never go back. I...

We arrived in Cancun hot tired without a reservation (our fault) but we knew of hotels near the bus station and had stayed in the area the previous week. So we were not too concerned about finding something. When in transit we typically stay at budget hotels and understand the difference between a budget place to sleep and a 5...

Please do not go here! I am not high maintenance, and have lived years in hostels and various other shared living arrangements. This hotel is mouldy, it stinks, and the windows are bolted shut. The hot water does not work, the bar downstairs is noisy into the middle of the night, the wifi is only available in the lobby, and...

This hotel is super close to the big ado bus terminal, downtown Cancun. I've stayed off and on in the cheapest hostels in Cancun but decided to spend a little bit more money and try parador. Definitely the right decision. Walking into the lobby from the busy streets I instantly felt relief. Lots of rooms. I'd recommend getting a room...
