The front desk was very kind, also at the restaurant. The hotel is a bit old but very comfy and clean. The included breakfast it's only coffe, fruit and plain bread, not very tasty tho. Old AC in the room, the towel rack in the shower is too low, I hit my head twice, should move it up. the TV is not smart and the wifi was so weak. So far the hotel looked very clean. I'd stay there again, maybe is a better room. very quiet btw, We liked that.

Booked here to connectto an early morning flight to Ft Lauderdale which was cancelled due to hurricane. Booking agency and hotel both informed of circumstances, they charged me full night price rather than the listed cancellation fee, refused any accommodation due to circumstances. Cannot recommend this facility. Extremely disappointing.

My sister and I arrived from the ADO station around 8 clock PM. (It's about a 5 minute walk.) We had no problem securing a room. They even price matched my Expedia quote. My sister uses wheelchair to get around. It was great to see ramps all over the property. They even have a brand new elevator to get to the upper rooms and rooftop. (which is stunning!) The bedroom was also very WC friendly. The beds are lower than usual and we had plenty of space! When we were checking out, the staff genuinely wanted to know about our stay and if we had any suggestions. They all let us know that next summer they will have a few ground floor units with accessible features! We will definitely be back !

I chose this hotel because of its vicinity to the Ado bus station. Only spent 1 night. Very basic with an extremely noisy aircon in the room!! Cheap and reasonably clean. I wouldn’t necessarily go back but it was what I needed

They put diffrent photos on all the places they advertise the hotel. They dont put the real photos and they also write different things, they say double for a very small single room with an industrial washing machine just next to bunk bed, they never mention they have bunk bed in the room but they say it double room.At the reception nobody speaks english and they are doing business which is funny. They are very rude the people at the reception, and they say breakfast included on the website ,when you get there they say only coffee included.Their lies never stop. You have to be very careful ,its not cheap too and the location is very bad,you have to take bus to reach center around 30 min or more.No beaches nearby. Thats very bad thing not putting the real photos and using the different words when describe the room. This is ridiculous, unrespectful staff.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY,THERE ARE A LOT OF PLACES IN CANCUN EVEN CHEAPER..THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING
