this was my first trip to Cancun so I had no idea were or what to book. When we got there it turned out that it used to be a mall. When we walked to our room we had to walk up an escalator with all the luggage. The room was nice. I took a walk in this place and...

What you see is not what you get. This hotel was in fact a mall about 20 years ago this place is still look like a mall in the inside they just turn every store into a room the layout of every room is odd, we wound up switch room twice, our first room 123 was not appropriate for a...

We checked out after 2 extremely unpleasant nights here and moved to a proper hotel. If you book this through reputable hotel sites you'll be told there is a hot tub, a bar, a cafe, beach access and modern rooms. That's all complete rubbish! The premises is a converted shopping mall where half the rooms are hostel rooms and half...

This is only a bed. Some rooms are remodel and are better than others. It seems that the 3rd floor is more updated. First floor smells horrible. We were a large group so I got a chance to see more rooms on different floors. This is a old mall that is in the process of converting to a hotel but...

Stayed there only for one night. A night way too long... The room is tiny and so is the so called kingsize-bed (which is rather a small queensize). No window and absolutely no privacy as the restroom is seperated only by a small showercurtain from the rest of the room. My friend and i felt like in a prison! Loud...

It was alright. Stayed there one night as we had an early flight and wanted to be closer to the airport. Bed was ok, though no comforter. Water in the shower was lukewarm, no closet but lots of drawers which we nonetheless didn't need. No breakfast but 24 hr free coffee and tea outside at the hallway. One thing we...

Whilst in an excellent location the room is slightly strange in that there are a lot of pictures of celebrities around the room, there was a life size picture of David Beckham on the wall and several others, including motivational messages. The room did smell slightly but the beds were comfortable, also I'm pretty sure someone had gone to the...

I booked this room for the spa bath for one day and I stood for three hours and left. The tub was dirty and the shower had mildew. I did not feel safe or any privacy. STAY AWAY. This hotel looks like a mini mall converted into a hotel

The Hotel is centrally located. It is essentially walking distance to the activity places in Cancun (Dance, Music, Bars), Short distance by taxi to several beaches. Nearby places for lunch or breakfast. The staff is helpful and cordial, The rooms have different themes based on celebrities. Prices were right and the rooms are rather big.
