Our party of 6 Lads aged 20-24 stayed in the dos playas from 19june - 4july. We paid in the region of between £540 and £650 each for two weeks all inclusive and between us we had 3 rooms. We travelled from manchester UK. The rooms throughout the hotel varied in standard and size but in general were very nice...

The hotel is a little far out, don't expect to walk to anything. The room itself was clean and had a great bathroom! But upon arriving the first day, I noticed that the blanket on my bed was covered in stains. The maid came up and removed blankets on both beds and we didn't see them again for the entire...

The room had marble floors, the bath all marbel and granite, very, very clean, almost new. The balcony had an ocean view. The restaurant was between the ocean and the rooms, very convenient, I ate looking at the blue waters. The staff very accomodating. I asked for tortillas and they obliged. The pool was sooo warm I really did not...

Are you people crazy or just plain spoilt?! My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks at the end of June and absolutley loved it! I too had read the negative reviews and was a bit worried but when we arrived at the hotel I was thoroughly pleased. Firstly, the grounds, beach and pool areas are great...

Before going to cancun I had read serveral different reveiws on Dos Playas and a lot of them were not good, so naturally we expected the worst. However when we arrived we realised that the reviews could not be more wrong!! The staff were very friendly and did everything possible to help us enjoy our stay, especially the waiters and...

We read all reviews of Dos Playas before booking. We were expecting the worse and were pleasantly surprised. Food is OK, not 5 star restaurant food (Get real! What did you think you paid for?). Plus you can always go to the sister hotel Maya Caribe for a change, all inclusive applies there too. Fresh fruits every morning, mexican buffet...

We just got back from summer vacation and stayed at the Dos Playas Hotel. We are 3 college students and this hotel really wasn't even fit for us. They were budget all spelled out! They were so cheap the power did not even operate in your room without your room key in an electricity meter in the door, so you...

I stayed at the Dos Playas in May and was very satisfied with my stay. I did not do the all-inclusive, so I do not know how the food is at the hotel restaurant. My room was clean and no problems with the staff. The water in the shower was warm but not Hot. The hotel is located on a...

Dos playas is just like a Pontins Holiday camp without the entertament. We had no problems with the room as it was large and cleaned (everyday), we had T.V which work well and even though we were on the same side as Fat Tuesday's the club there was hardly any noise, the grounds are kept in good condition and we...

We were on a budget vacation and stayed at Dos Playas. We figured we would rather stay cheap than not go at all. The rooms are cleaned every day. TV and AC worked fine. We did not have all inclusive so we only ate there once. Food was OK but not great. But for seven pesos you can take a...
