I have to say sadly that Loma Linda has depreciated badly since I have stayed there last. The beautiful domed ceilings were covered in black plastic, the towels were very thin, sheets were patched and the hot water took ages to work. Potentially it could be beautiful again, but for now all I can say is that is clean.

I want back soon because the people make me feel comfortable and my family was very happy, food is not the best but is good. If you go to Taxco you can found more activities near. On the other side, you can buy a lot of silver very chip, I recommend visit the market "Tianguis " because in the downtown... More

Amazing view to the mountains and the main church, the rooms have a balcony where you can enjoy the view reading, having a dinner or something, it is quiet. It has safe parking lot, which is something difficult to find in Taxco.

We visited 5 cities in Mexico. Taxco was our first, and Loma Linda was our first hotel, so it became the standard by which we evaluated all the rest. Our room had a small balcony where we sat every morning and watched the sun rise over the tree covered mountains and the creek/river rushing at their base. From the same... More

We stayed here because of the reviews on Trip Advisor, but found it more appropriate for travellers on a very tight budget. No food anywhere to be found, rooms very small and basic. Remodeled last in the early part of the last century, I think. The pool was nice, as was the view of the mountain. But we left after... More

This sprawling hotel yields beautiful views, well appointed rooms, central location and no traffic noise. Includes wifi and swimming pool. Now that I have moved to Taxco, I recommend it to all my friends.

I was pleased with the location, the rate and the service after staying here while passing through Taxco. At the end of a long day driving it's nice to stay somewhere that's easy to find and has good access and lots of parking. The Loma Linda has it all. And the views of the valley and mountains are fabulous.

I have traveled to Taxco many times because it is just a two-hour drive from Mexico City, where I live. I stayed at this hotel for my honeymoon in 1988 and I have come back several times, then with my daughters, mostly because of its quietness and lovely location, right at the edge of the city. Another plus is that... More

I had a great trip to Taxco. I enjoyed the Hotel Loma Linda, it was a little walk from town (10-15min), but I enjoyed that. Also in that vain Taxi cabs are everywhere and if you didn't want to walk its a 1.50 for a ride back. The room was comfortable. Modestly appointed but nice. A wonderful balcony with table... More
