Terrible the only redeeming thing about this place is that it has parking and we should have slept in the car. The hotel is like a sound box you here people talking and doors closing all over the hotel. Smoking in the courtyard which infiltrates the rooms Friends left to another hotel as we are today. Wouldn't say again even...

Hotel staff barely speaks English, service is not genuine and barely average. Rooms are average. The setting is nice and the location is excellent. Don't go there for a good breakfast, their eggs are terrible. For the wifi you have to share their facebook page on your profile, who does that in the 21st century? Everything is just a bad...

In our stay in San Cristobal we stayed in this lovely hotel situated in an old traditional palace just in the heart of the city center. The hotel and the services was really in very good standards but the main plus was the proximity with the city center. Just 1-2 min far. The breakfast was very nice too. I would...

The stuff doesn't speak English at all, including the reception guys. An hotel must have someone that speaks English in such location where lots of travelers goes by. It was pretty hard to communicate. In addition, the shower is horrible! The hot water suddenly turns to cold and vice versa. In total it was ok because all we needed is...

Driving around I found this place after I got out running from a hotel I had booked online (which was horrible full of insects). Plaza Magnolias is at a great location next to all sort of restaurants, and coffee shops. The price was very affordable and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is a little small but has all the...

Good basic hotel. Very good price per night, clean rooms & decent breakfast. Staff is friednly. Rooms are stuffed with beds & furniture making it very hard to move anywhere in them. WiFi is included but reuires that you log-in an share the hotel on facebook everytime u use it, quite annoying after a while.

I want to say that we had an amazing stay which seemed like it could have been, but wasn't! We were booked into the mustiest smelling room, not just once, but twice for we had to stay here again throughout the week and being New Year's, they were fully booked!! The rooms on the bottom floor just past the restaurant...

This was a last minute reservation, and it worked fine. It is walking distance from everything and has parking (which we needed). We called the room "the dungeon" because they are very dark... But other than that nothing negative to say, the service is good. We only had breakfast there but wasn´t the best.

My mother told me once: "If you don't have anything good to say, better say nothing". But there is one good thing about the hotel and that is the location. You can reach the places of interest very easy in less than 5 minutes without any transportation. The rooms are very dark, the ceiling is covered with wood which smells...

We were in San Cristobal for a few days. The city was ridiculously packed. There were very few hotels with rooms. We came across this place after leaving a hotel which we had a bad experience with. This place is phenomenal! It has colonial style arquitecture and just an overwhelming warm feeling to it with all the wood. The morning...
