The staff is amazing and we feel very comfortable in our staying! The prices in April are suitable for all family! The location is closed to the centre and you will find a little mall where you can find delicious food! We spent one night and definitely we will come back!!

Stayed there for 1 night, the place is very pretty, great location and medium price. Too noisy, we could hear the plaza hum, steps of the room next to us and the patio. I wouldn't recommend staying here, there are plenty of better options.

El hotel está ubicado una cuadra del centro y esta muy bonito. El precio es un poca alta pero los habitaciones son buenos y desayuno está incluido. This is a beautiful hotel located one block from the town center and is in the middle of everything. Even though we are close to everything the room was quiet and tranquil. Breakfast...

The location is perfect, their staff is incredible and breakfast (which was included) was delicious. Our room was really nice and cozy. Only little detail is that if you are willing to sleep until late you might listen to the people at the restaurant but only if there are loud children. We just loved it and while being there we...

We stayed here for one night after returning from Palenque as there was no space at the excellent B & B we had stayed at previously in San Cristobal. It’s a beautiful looking property, appears to be a restored colonial mansion, with chandeliers, wood paneling, a large courtyard restaurant, decorated with stained glass and gorgeous over-sized embroidered cushions. There is...

We stayed at the Hotel Casa de los Arcángeles for 2 nights in mid-Feb ($71/night; breakfast included). The hotel is conveniently located on a side street just 1.5 blocks from the zocalo in the historic downtown centre of San Cristóbal. It is a beautifully renovated colonial mansion. The covered central courtyard serves as the restaurant and bar, off which are...

We stayed there 3 nights and enjoyed our time there a lot. The hotel is very pretty, well decorated with tasteful Mexican style. Staff was very nice and friendly. The room was quite spacious with comfortable bed and bathroom. The other major positive is the fantastic location of this hotel, right in the historical center of the town. Would return...

Close to everything in the core, beautifully designed hotel with lovely ambience in the public areas. Rooms are quite spacious and there is lots of hot water! Mexican breakfast was good, and generous portions. Dinner was tasty but arrived cold. Wonderful, friendly staff - some English-speaking and often live entertainment in the restaurant. Only drawbacks; rooms are very dark and...

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. It's a lovely little hotel. The staff are friendly and obliging without being obsequious. The Mexican breakfast, which is included in the room rate, is delicious. The decor of the hotel is quirky and interesting, lots of colourful Mexican pillows and wall hangings. The rooms are very comfortable, have a TV...

“The rooms off the courtyard could possibly be noisy if the courtyard restaurant is busy, although the restaurant was empty when we stayed there so wasn't an issue for us.”

“There are only 2 rooms with an opening window (I'm claustrophobic) These are in the back where the staff hangs out and so a little noisy in the daytime - that's the trade-off as, at night, they are the quietest.”

“Rooms F and 6 are near running fountains, which can be a little noisy. All the other rooms run off the central courtyard/restaurant. My wife and I stayed in room 6, and enjoyed our stay. The fountain was't a huge issue.”
