This hostel is a nice hostel for the price. The owner on speaks Spanish, but luckily the volunteer there spoke English and he was able to translate for me. Everyone I met there was extremely friendly and loving, the dorm was nice and the chilling area was awesome. Didn't use the kitchen but there was one available. Only complaint I...

Really helpful staff, when a package was mistakenly delivered back to the hostal they were willing to provide real help and reassurance. Always good to know that there are trustworthy people in the world.

They don't provide hot water for you to take a shower. YOu have to follow the owners sleep schedule, so if you are an early riser you'll have trouble. The restrooms don't have toilet paper and no mirrors. If you ask for help or ammenities the owner will tell you to leave. It is extremely cold in there and I...

We (3 persons) came there to stay in one of the private rooms. After we checked in we noticed, that the flush of the toilet didn't work and almost no water came out of the water tap. While we where trying to explain it to the staff, one of the walls leaked some liters of water. The staff was very...

Great quiet inexpensive place to stay. Best service I've seen in a while. Knowledgeable friendly staff. On a main road, but not right downtown, good if you don't mind a ten min walk. Good chill spaces and free wifi. Keep up the good work!

This hostel was very clean and the guy at the front desk is super nice! The bed was comfortable and there is a kitchen for guests to use. The water wasn't as "hot" as I would prefer, but other than that it was a perfect spot for staying in San Cristobal!

Thank Shyla S
