We spent 1 night here after crossing into Mexico from Guatemala. The location is fantastic, right on Real de Guadalupe, a couple of blocks from the zocalo. The room was comfortable & clean although somewhat cramped with 2 double beds. The bathroom was fine-- not too modern and a bit mildewy (this is a common problem in San Cristobal) but...

The hotel have a nice travel agency in it, the staff there knows english well and its very comfortable to arrange all the activities outside the city. The staff knows english well, their nice and helpful. It possible to pay in any...

Very noisy hotel rooms but good location on the main street and close to everything. Very good Italian Cafe across the street. Cute court yard but can't really be utilised due to the bad acoustics. Bathroom was fine and the beds were comfy. The rooms were really clean.

Hotel with nice rooms, good WiFi and central location. Staff's English wasn't great -- I was recommended a bar to visit at 7am! -- but they tried to be helpful nonetheless. Room was cool, had a comfy bed, fluffy towels, good shower and easy-to-use safe. I had a bit of trouble finding the hotel -- my taxi driver dropped me...

Yes the rooms are a little dark if it's all closed up which is perfect for sleeping in otherwise who cares,...

The location is perfect and its very clean but the rooms are small and we ask for double beds and the gave us a single bed. The hotel is a little noisy at night. You have a travel agency at the front desk and its handy for planning stuff. You most go to Cañon del sumidero.

We stayed here for a few days, and then moved to another hotel and wanted to come back to it asap. The rooms are big and clean and modern. Same goes for bathroom/showers. The courtyard has a beautiful lawn where our kids played a bit. The breakfast came with the room and it was so-so. Can get better breakfast outside,...

Right in the middle of San Cristobal action. Everything and I meen everything you need right outside hotel door. Spacious rooms very clean. Beds somewhat hard. Some rooms can be noisy. No breakfast available. Free parking 3 blocks from hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff though not strong with English. All in all very good value for money.

this is a lovely hotel just 1 1/2 blocks from the main square. Everything is clean, fresh and comfortable. We had to find a room at the last minute because we ran into road blocks and could not leave. Very quiet too.

Good location; clean rooms that are like a tomb when the shutters are closed which is great for sleeping; good shower; beautiful patio. Atmosphere: cold, bleak and lifeless. Nice staff. In the afternoon we opened our doors and window to the sunny, sheltered patio and dragged up a table and chairs to our door which made us feel more at...
