This hotel is situated centrally just a block away from the main square and within short walking distance of everything. Which actually would apply to 95% of all hotels as San Cristobal is a tiny little town. The hotel itself has rooms around and behind a small pretty courtyard with a glass ceiling. The staff are helpful and friendly and... More

The Hotel Casa Margarita is probably one of the best located hotels in all of San Cristobal, the hotel lies right on one of the main pedestrian streets but just far enough not to be constantly loud, all of the main restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The beds are fairly hard but still comfortable, the bathroom is small... More

The hotel is located in the best place in SC, in the middle of the main street. The staff was nice and friendly, spoke nice English and helped with everything. Inside the hotel there's a traveling agency, which helps your stay in SC. The room was quite large, the bed was fine and the room was cleaned everyday. They charged... More

The hotel is clean and the rooms are standard, good value for money. There is a rooftop terrace. The hotel is right in the city centre but quiet in the evening (which is nice), only a couple of blocks away from Zocalo.

Very close to the centre, in the walking road real de Guadalupe, full of shops, bar and restaurants ( even if extremely for tourists). Clean and simple, no laundry service( laundry close) a bit small rooms, free parking available but a bit far and bad mantained, but absolutely better than nothing! Wi-Fi ok. Good and cheap choice!

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it a great deal. Although the double room was a bit small, it was very characterful and clean. The ample bedding made up for the freezing temperatures when we visited ( went down to minus 4!) The central courtyard is roofed and has good wifi.

Stayed for 7 nights and it was just perfect. My romm was very small though (No. 23) whith barley any daylight, but being in San Cristobal you are not going to spend much time in your room anyway. The rooms surrounding the patio seem bigger, however they might be noisier than the ones set in the back. Staff was very... More

The rooms are small, but pretty. The courtyard is attractive, and the staff friendly. It is on a busy street with restaurants and shopping. It is within walking distance of several markets and the downtown.

We stayed at this hotel whilst on an Intrepid tour around Mexico. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk to the town center which was fantastic. There are loads of shops and restaurants on the same street. We had a double room which was situated on the stairwell. The room was very small and dark with no fans or... More

Casa Margarita is right in the centre which is great to be able to walk about everywhere. There are lovely places to eat and wander nearby. The hotel is fairly basic but the beds are super comfy and there is so much to do that you only need the room to sleep in. We went on a tour to the... More
