This hotel is in a great location about a 5 minute walk to the central plaza and ATM machines. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful but the hotel has the most uncomfortable beds and the hardest pillows in all of Mexico. The rooms have safety deposit boxes and the doors have locks but the windows don't have any...

Located only a few blocks away from the main street this hotel is a gem hiding behind the yellow wall. The rooms are set around 2 courtyards, the larger rear one is grassed with a small fountain. I regularly saw hummingbirds come to visit the flowers here in the mornings and evenings which was really nice in the middle of...

We were very impressed with this wonderful little treasure in the center of San Cristobal de Las Casas. A lovely entrance, excellent service, well maintained gardens and a quaint charm. I highly recommend this hotel- price, free breakfast and super clean.

Nice hotel, with rooms set around a court yard. It is in a good location near town, and in a nice quit spot. Big rooms, very clean, nice decor, huge comfy bed, loads of tv channels. Very friendly staff. Nice place to stay and I would go back. Good value.

Wifi was fast in the rooms which is a bonus! It also has a big grass court yard in the middle of the hotel. The location isn't too...

Generally speaking this hotel is a good one: cntral location, quiet, clean, very nice patio, rooms roomy, albeit only moderately equipped - as all rooms seem to be of similar size and furniture, the hotel deserves a good mark ... ... but our personal stay (3 nights) was not so enjoying: although we booked this hotel 4 months in advance,...

There are MANY hotels on all the little streets in San Cristobal. From the outside this hotel does not look like much. However, once inside you will be impressed with the small but beautiful garden and patio area. The rooms are very spacious and we had almost zero noise from the outside. The staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms...

We stayed three glorious nights at the Hotel Parador Margarita in Feb and it was such a great experience. We had been staying in nice enough hotels prior to now on our tour, but this hotel was by far the nicest of our 25 day tour. The rooms were so lovely - fresh and clean and looked relatively new? The...

We tried to book this hotel through Booking.com which appear to be inevitable when you book on line.. The stated this hotel was full and directed us to Casa Margarita, which was nice enough but the rooms were too small... We insisted on switching locations and sure enough there was room at this wonderful Hotel... It is a bit more...

Nice courtyard and good rooms, but for the price there is much better value with better location in town. After staying one night we looked around next day and found something else. My wife really didn't like the street it was on.
