We spent 4 days in Oaxaca, we stayed on the 2nd floor there was a bell that rang frequently which interrupted sleep ins but if who goes to Oaxaca to sleep? The rates are reasonable and the rooms are clean. There is no restaurant or room service but there were markets in both directions and the city center is only...

My friends & I stayed here for about 3 days and although bare bones, it was exactly what we needed! The hotel has a nice staff, great value, is centrally located and the owner is wonderful! A friend joined the group late and the owner was nice enough to upgrade us to a room with two double beds. We also...

This hotel was built in 1948 and still has some original features. The original corner entrance has now been converted into a Parisina store. The rooms have been renovated at some time recently with solid wood furniture in keeping with the period. The receptionists were friendly. Our room was large and comfortable with two queen beds and a sofa. The...

We spent a weekend in Oaxaca and this hotel is a good option. Fares are good, rooms are clean and large. No restaurant service, but not needed since its location is perfect to enjoy the center (Zocalo) and the local market.

Stayed one night at Casa Cue and found it to be just fine. It's a few blocks off the zocalo, but does the trick. Good sized rooms, TV. Clean. A bit worn around the edges, but just fine. Rates are good, as is the location. Would give Hotel Gala an edge for location, but Casa Cue is a solid choice.

We stayed at the Hotel Casa Cue in Oaxaca in March 2004 and in Oct. 2004. We are planning another trip for the winter of 2005/2006, and would not stay anywhere else in Oaxaca. We stayed in the roomy Jr. Suite, and appreciated the great showers, jacuzzi tub and the air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Jose speaks...

The A/C and big room and bathroom were great. The hotel is very convenient to the zocalo and is across the street from the mercado, which has to be seen to be believed so that was fun. However, there is none of the colonial charm you can find in other hotels. We were on an extended trip so for a...

We spent four days in Oaxaca, but could have used some more time. The Casa Cue certainly was fine. The longer we stayed, the more we realized that it was just perfect for our needs. The location was just two blocks from the Zocalo. The hotel room was clean and more than adequate with two beds, one being a king....

Check to be sure but we were offered three types of rooms. The double room was not very good. The window faced the open courtyard and when there were people there visiting (not loud, very normal speaking) the sound carried even with the window closed. One room smelled bad but the one next door was fine. A Jr. suite is...

I was in Oaxaca for the "Dia de Muertos" (day of the dead) and stayed at Casa Cue. This hotel is a small, comfortable family oriented hotel. The staff is the best, very friendly and helpful. The rooms very clean, showers with hot running water and the air conditioning works. The restaurant was being remodeled, but with the market across...
