We stayed here for a week long meeting in November 2014, and it was a very good one. The room was quite large (I got the furthest one up) with splendid city and hills view from the balcony. The staffs were friendly and helpful, though not many of them speaks english. But they understand if we need anything. Breakfast and... More

My room was number 806. It had a balcony and amazing views over the city. The first night we stayed it was packed and we had our meal up in the bar. By the time the food got to us it was cold but I am told by fellow travellers that they ate in the resteraunt and good wa Google.... More

This hotel was ok. The rooms were dirty don't walk barefoot because your feet will be black even the carpet. There was three of us in the room and every night we had to ask for towels because they only would give us two towels. Lots of noise it looked like they were working on something right next to our... I had the good fortune of staying at the Hotel Victoria this month and it was an amazing experience. The location is the hills over-looking the town of Oaxaca is perfect. The grounds are manicured and immaculate all over-looking stunning views. See my photo of the sunrise over Oaxaca. This was taken from the balcony of my hotel, it was... More

We had a junior suite which was quite comfortable and we had nice dinners at the hotel restaurant, both from the point of view of the good dishes and reasoable prices, and from the scenic view. The wifi was unbelievably bad, my email had to be reconnedted almost every minute. The hotel is not in the center, rather on the... More

We stayed at Hotel Victoria Aug 10-12. We had three junior suites and they all had beautiful views of the city-especially at night. While the bathrooms were a little dated (didn't bother us at all) the service and friendliness of the staff made you feel as if your needs were top priority. There are no elevators to get to the... Stayed on the second floor with a great view of the city but also just above the patio bar where the band played until midnight every night. Beds were comfortable but not top tier, towels somewhat worn, as were plumbing fixtures. Bathroom was large and roomy but paint around window was splattered. AC worked well. Nice big screen TV but... Hotel requires maintenance in many areas particularly in the rooms and most particularly in the bathrooms. Although it is a traditional hotel in the city, it is becoming rather old. The restaurant is very good in prices and quality.

Stayed here for 9 days while on medical mission trip. Hotel has a long history. The restaurant is great, service excellent, great omlets and terrific breakfast Buffet. It is really nice dining in the open air restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and with air conditioning. We had a room on the third floor with great view of city. The hike... More

Hotel Victoria isn't the flashiest hotel you'll ever stay at but its spotlessly clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the surroundings beautiful. We enjoyed an afternoon by the pool, enjoying the peace you get staying here. We had a basic room, and basic it was but had everything we needed and was comfortable. Wifi is good and having... More
