Stayed in a private room for 4 nights for day of the dead. The Hostel is very clean and well run with helpful, friendly staff and an excellent included breakfast. There are a number of small supermarkets and a laundry nearby as well. Definitely recommended.

The staff at Casa Angel were amazing. On arrival, Connie gave us a map and pointed out some great spots for dinner, drinks and sightseeing. The location is also really good. 5min walk from the Zocalo.. lots of great restaurants and bars in the area. The hostel rooms are so nice... I booked a private room and it was nicer...

The incredibly helpful staff really made a difference when we were planning activities around Oaxaca. the room was clean and the bathroom was really nice. We booked a cooking class through the hostel and it was one our most enjoyable experiences in Mexico. Can't recommend it enough if you stay here.

The place is neat tidy and clean, being maintained all day long. Staff is very helpful and nice, with real tips and not self advertising. Lacks activity and does not make use of the rooftop. Fun and calm to stay here, conditions are good. Not the most fun place I've been to.

Very well laid out hostel with nice quiet rooms. The terrace is great for socialising, it has good views of the surrounding city. This hostel has decent cooking facilities and the free breakfast is good. A lounge area with large TV with Netflix is an added bonus. We'd stay again!

Excellent wifi throughout the hostel! Desktops computers available for use as well! Amazing breakfast, including eggs and possibly the best coffee I've...

The hostel has a very friendly and social vibe, with lots of common areas so a perfect spot to meet fellow travellers and pick up tips. The...

Best best rooms I've stayed in. Definitely go for the pod, luxury dorms, separate wifi, separate bathrooms (that are cleaned several times per day), and having the curtain, shelf, personal light and electric outlet was like having your own mini room. Beds won't be made up daily if u keep your curtain closed. Really helpful front desk. Nice breakfast ladies...
