We loved the location of the cozy B&B and the breakfast dishes were delicious. We were a 25 minute Uber ride from most of the places we wanted to visit. The public spaces were lush, green and comfortable. Our room overlooked the courtyard which was lovely. The staff was wonderful - helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

An incredible and charming house, and the informative and friendly staff make the stay so memorable that you will definitely want to return!! In addition, the breakfasts were perfect each morning! The outdoor gardens are quite special. Though the location is just on the edge of the Condesa neighborhood, it is perfectly safe.

After reviewing Trip Advisor for accommodation options in Mexico City we stumbled across Casa Comtesse. A delightful 1930's character mansion located 10 minutes walk from the subway (ideal for getting around the capital) Our trip was split into two halves, the first was part of our stay we had the delightful El Piruli room. The breakfasts each morning were fabulous...

Stayed here for the first time two years ago and it's just as great. Very friendly staff, great location and beautiful interiors - some of the art is available for purchase. Will stay here again...if they're not already full. Book early!

Stayed here when visiting Mexico City for the recent F1 Grand Prix and what a lovely, quirky little building it is, lovely architecture, lovely artwork and lovely owners. Check In was quick and easy and our room, although particularly small for 2 adults with large suitcases, had everything that was required although the lack of a tv was a shame...

Charming place, very well located near public transportation and restaurants, helpful staff, comfortable rooms, great breakfast with great coffee (which is rare in hotels). I will happily stay there whenever I'm in the city.

We stayed a week at Casa Comtessa & loved it! The staff was warm & friendly. They gave us helpful recommendations, & then helped us with arrangements for everything from a day trip to the pyramids to restaurant reservations to tickets for Lucho Libre wrestling. Our room was comfortable, with a large bathroom. I'll definitely recommend Casa Comtessa to my...

The place has an excellent taste, full of mexican art, mezcal and candys. Is very silent for you to have a good rest. Service is one of the top I have ever had. Great located in la condesa near good restaurants, bars and in front of metrobus and near a metro so you can move freely. But the most important...

I loved the stay, the bedroom was clean and nice. Very spacious. They have Netflix and free WiFi, which is awesome. We liked the breakfast but I wish they gave larger portions ;) definitely coming back, I hope soon.

This place is fairly well-located with very professional staff. However, the room was small and I still have a bruise from hitting the corner of a glass table in the night! I think less furniture in the room would help. The breakfast was awesome - very gourmet! and the staff that worked the desk were accommodating, friendly, and very informative....
