I've stayed at this hotel twice (plus one at their hotel in Polanco). The experience has been consistently the same: Average. Rooms are tired, carpets show signs of aging and dirty, furniture tries to be contemporaneous but fails. Very pricey and unreliable internet. I prefer Fiesta Americana a couple of blocks away. The only bright spot is the restaurant, but... More

Great service, Nice and Clean rooms, great location specially if you go to the corporations based in the Santa Fe Area, it is good to be right there if you want to avoid the terrible traffic of Mexico City, great room service and food but quite expensive

I'll try to be brief: - Nice looking hotel, horrible traffic location. - Only one of the three elevators functioned during my stay (1st week of December, 2015) Imagine the wait times for such a large hotel. 100% unacceptable. - Breakfast was just OK, but they were either understaffed or horribly inefficient. Dirty tables, or simply no tables available. Empty... More

Went for a weekend stay, worst ever. Dont plan on sleeping in late, the curtains dont close all the way and all the light comes in. The bathroom needs painting and the best of all things this so called 4 star hotel (should be 2) is thier bathroom paper! If you like sandpaper, this is your hotel, believe me, its... More

Very nice place! Is clean, the food is delicious, the service amazing! Is in a good location in Santa Fe and has great view!! The wifi service is pretty bad, I never manage to connect and the tv channels are very poor and they just have a few in English! Other aspect was perfect! I definitely recommend this place

Area is great and room is pretty nice. Every aspect was functional; valet, breakfast, service, nothing was out of place. I envision there are other options and with better pricing but regardless, I would safely recommend this place without a doubt.

I stayed here for 5 nights in August and was impressed with the service! My biggest low-light personally was that I came down with "Montezumas Revenge" (basically food poisoning) and the staff couldnt have been better. I was looked after better than at home and the room I was staying in was large, spacious, very comfortable, modern and exceptionally clean.... More

I needed to be close to my office in this area, so chose this hotel. I know this area tends to be overpriced. This hotel I will not stay again. The hotel itself is nice, clean, rooms are ok. But---paying for internet, no in room coffee maker, and $20 breakfast buffett all tell me to look elsewhere for better value... More

See my review from Camino Real in Guadalajara. Camino Real used to be a brand that stood for high quality standards on both facilities and people. I think by design this brand is aiming for tthe Holiday Inn crowd just looking for a room with mediocre furnishings. While the hotel is clean and rooms quite spacious the finishings are falling...
