Stayed at this location in late September for exactly 1 week on a business trip. I thought I'd categorize my review on the things I really liked, the things that were so-so and the things that need improvement. Things I really liked: -Location: as previously mentioned, it's right next door to the Reforma 222 outdoor mall which is a great...

The Holiday inn in Reforma is in a great location. Not a luxury propery but very clean and up to all standards of holiday inn. Room was large and clean, great beds and pillows. Close to everything and the Plaza 222 is right beside the hotel and filled with great shops and tons of good restaurants. Walking distance to everything.

This is my second time here. The hotel is still clean, the rooms are still a good size and the hotel's location remains great. The room could with a small fridge - there is a coffee machine and fresh coffee provided, but I do like milk, not creamer, with my coffee! The streets seemed noisier this trip, but that is...

Potentially a good hotel - nice, safe location right next to a shopping mall with excellent restaurants, big rooms, free internet service, friendly people. But check-in was very slow, and I had a huge problem during my stay: A water pipe leaked inside the wall and caused heavy water leakage under the carpet. When I informed them of this Wednesday...

Stayed here last night for a business trip in Mexico, City. I forgot my passport and some cash in the safety deposit box. I realized it when I was checking in for my flight back to USA. The hotel staff promptly got to the room I stayed, got my stuff into an enveloped and in coordination with taxi driver and...

Hotel offers basic breakfast but often runs low on dishes and food items. Rooms clean and nicely appointed, wifi is basic, and drops off often. Further you are from the elevators seems to be...

I was in Mexico City for business and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Reforma based on input from Colleagues. The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping and many US restaurants (Chili's to PF Chang) are right next door. The hotel is modern and well located, the breakfast in the morning was okay for me.

The Holiday Inn is a good choice if you are looking for a business hotel, close to the main offices and with a fair price. The breakfast is really good and the rooms are huge. There is great options of restaurents nearby and some shopping malls as well.
