Overal great service, cleanliness and comfort. Its location was perfect for attending a course at ITAM which is around the corner. Also next to a very important hospital (Angeles del Pedregal). To make it downtown and more touristic locations I just took an UBER and managed perfectly back and forth. Breakfast had everything I needed and more. Just had some...

The hotel is good, apart of the distance to interesting places, but the room and the Italian restaurant compensates it! The concierge service is perfect and the employees are really helpful people. I recommend it for business as its easy to do meetings at the restaurant or at the business lounge.

I checked in the morning and I paid for the prior night to ensure room availability . No room was available and I had to wait 40 minutes to get one. Check in and check out process is extremely burocratic. It is obvious everybody will check out in the same timeframe, yet since it takes 15 minutes per guest a...

This hotel is far away of everything. Service is terrible. My bathroom had a leak and they didnt change me of that room, even though I constantly complaint about it. Front desk was even worst. They charge twice on my credit card and I'm still waiting my bank to help me with that because they refused to reverse the transaction,...

The hotel is not close to anything within walking distance - unless you want to stay next door to the hospital. The first room they put me in the shower didn't drain. The second room they put me in had a leak in the ceiling of the closet that got all over my luggage. The customer service is virtually non-existent....

This is located in a less gentrified section of MC near the hospital. While in expensive, the hotel isn't in a walking neighborhood or near any commerce of landmarks. The hotel was undergoing renovation, so my room was very noisy. The gym is located in one room, and only the bar/restaurant is open. The lobby is closed off. This wasn't...

After reading the reviews, I was concerned that I would be staying at the Camino Real Pedregal. My experience was quite different, however. I found it to be a fine business hotel with reasonable service. The room was modest, but met most of my needs. My major complaint was that the lighting was bad and that it was difficult to...

I stayed at this hotel only because it's the closest one to the hospital which is why we were in Mexico City. Stayed a total of 12 nights. - Expensive rate + everything is extra (water, coffee, wifi, and at a very high price). - Paid for wifi in room which did not work (called 3 days each time to...

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The service was excellent. Traffic outside the hotel can get very heavy and what should be a 5 minute ride can turn into 20. There are several shopping and dining destinations in the area, but none are within walking distance. Six Flags Mexico is nearby. The food served in the restaurant was good....
