Reception was terrible avoid the 2 guys if possible. Asked for room with window and did not get it. Went down and got the ladies who were very accomodation. If your room key says 1 or 2 watch out those floors have no windows.

Yes, I think so. There are offices for the hotels in the airport - all the hotel offices are clustered in one place - I'm fairly sure it's in Terminal 1 but you can ask or search online. I arrived later than that and just went into the office. They're very nice and just asked me to wait a few minutes till one or two more people arrived and then we were escorted out to the shuttle and taken to the hotel. I don't know whether you've been there before but everyone tipped the driver - not much, probably 10 or 20 pesos.
