This is a nice hotel to stay in while doing business at the World Trade Center in México city. The rooms are very confortable, internet is extremely slow, personnel is rough which is a shame for such a nice place. We stayed at the executive floor and found the complementary breakfast to be very poor and the waiter very unfriendly....

I am not going to comment on rooms and general issues. That has all been done. However, one point is missing in the reviews. The Dakota bar! Difficult to find from the inside of the lobby but you cannot miss it, just go outside then turn directly to the right and that is it. They have small appetizers, just order...

The room was clean and quiet even though it was next to the elevator. The bathroom had a soaking tub and a shower stall. The room even had a desktop PC in it. In room wifi was available for free, but it was dreadfully slow. I felt safe in this hotel. The price was high but this is Mexico City....

I love the area the Crown plaza is located in. You can walk around safely at all hours, and visit quite a few nice restaurants and cafés.
