I used to stay in this hotel a lot. I used to love it. I just checked out and I am really doubting if I will ever come back. They would not recognize me during the check in process as Platinum member, The internet service is as slow as you can ever imagine. and they would not have hand towels....

Great location, the hotel is super close to the WTC. There is a seven eleven crossing the street and many places where you can have some food. The room was very clean and comfortable (it has a bathtub). Breakfast is really good, lots of food to choose from, lunch was ok and so was dinner. The hotel has a parking...

Based on my previous many experiences at the Crown Plaza hotels and brand, my expectation was always high. Upon checking at the hotel, I would normally be greeted with a standard greeting because of my platinum level. I did not get greeted this way, but I was asked if I want the points of a free drink. Add to that,...

My last review of this hotel took note of the terrible service in the lounge area. Glad to say that the service in this area has improved greatly. In the coffee area Alexandra was extremely accommodating . One morning went down to get coffee and pastry for my wife and I, and when time to pay the computers were not...

I liked the hotel. Staff was friendly, but the check-in experience was VERY bad. It was almost 1am coming after a very long trip only to wait for almost 30min standing waiting for an agent to attend to my request. Was very patient, but I finally had to call the manager to get the process going!

Well situated and near the World Trade Center and lots of restaurants that are ok. The rooms are big and well kept and clean. Breakfast is pretty good with lots to chose from. Decor is a bit outdated but still nice, area is pretty safe.

Very nice hotel located within a block of the World Trade Center/Pespi Center. Visited for a trade show and was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I opted for the Executive Level which was not that much more, especially when the exchange is $18.60 pesos to the dollar. A great deal and nice extra amenities. Plenty of free bottled water, continental...

The concierge did a good job organizing our transfer from the airport. Room-service : food was not eatable, burger had a horrible taste, fries were just not good and cold, check in was not friendly, the rooms, elevators, and corridors have not moved in time. Curtains did not close nor open. At least the bad was good. This hotel needs...
