The hotel was stunning, we loved the decor and design - from the hallways to the washroom toiletries. The location was also great! Very safe neighbourhood with many local spots to eat, drink and shop. The only downside were the doormen, basically anyone in a black suit. They we're super creepy and made my girlfriend very uncomfortable. They would STARE...

My room had so many different noises, all day long, all night long, that it was hard to even watch TV there. Sleeping was impossible. There were whistles every 20 minutes, something hitting the walls every hour, some noise from a fan coming from the bathroom and many other sounds that you can't even imagine where they are coming from....

Was booked here on a work trip and the front desk staff were very friendly. I mean, they greet you with a shot of tequila. Not bad. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast they offer in the mornings wasn't bad but I always had an issue trying to flag down the wait staff to pay for my meal....

Staff were all friendly from check in through check out. All bilingual. The place is a bit dark but the rooms themselves are well-lit. Great rain shower and plenty of nice toiletries to pick from in the bathroom. Bed was large and comfortable. Cute touch with different homemade mini-snacks provided in the room each day. Was very happy!

Condesa DF (unfortunately) has a very convenient location for me - for which reason I have been back 4-5 times for 2-3 nights. Every time, I am annoyed by the same things. I write them up in the hope that Starwood may decide to read the guest reviews and decide to "help" the hotel understand the importance of improving these...

It´s a beautiful property... however I didnt sleep for a second because of the partying at the hotel, the wifi was terrible and the food was not very good. So its well located and pretty but not peaceful at all!

Condesa DF gives off a very European vibe, which we really liked and helped welcome us to Mexico City. Rooms are well appointed and the design is very chic. Great neighborhood that we felt very safe in, walkable to many of the museums you'd want to visit in the city center. If we were going back to Mexico City we'd...

We picked this hotel for its location and atmosphere. La Condessa is one of the most pleasant, hip, and upscale neighborhoods within Mexico City, and this hotel is located inside of a renovated historic building. It has a nice feel to it that we prefer over big box hotels; even the St. Regis is located on an extremely busy and...

We booked this hotel over a month ago for a five night stay. I received a confirmation email and was looking forward to visiting. I got an email telling me that due to a mistake in the reservation process the room we booked would now be almost double the original rate quoted and now was $735.00. They took my credit...

The rooftop bar is noisy and not in a good way, the staff is sloppy and unprofessional and unfriendly. The drinks are average, the design is still good but what does that help if you can't get a good nights sleep and boring food in a city that offers so many good hotels and even better restaurants!
