The room is quite clean and new. There is not extra decoration in all coridor. Furniture are simple basic of a low medium quality. Bed is confortable. Room is not really big more likely small. There is a iron and table iron. also a hair dryer. But there is no hair conditioner shampoo and that unbelivable for this type of...

Staff at the counter was friendly at check-in in the middle of the night, at check-out the guy didnt look at me when talks, what really disturbs me. Breakfast was extremely basic (on the acceptable limit), i have to admit that the dinning floor has a beautiful view and a vertical garden, but honestly rooms are extremely small, my room...

The pillows suck...i couldn't sleep. The pillow was hard as rock. I had to throw it out from bed to sleep without it. And i called the front desk to see if they offer diffrent pillow options, and they dont.

The City Express Plus Hotel is very well located in the Santa Fe area, very close to a huge shopping mall and close to several restaurants and Corporate Offices. The rooms are okay for business travel, just a little bit dull and cold. The parking is managed independently and you pay extra for the service. I have stayed in this...

So many fails.... We started with more than an hour to check in. Three guys at the reception and none of them trained to use the system. We were charged wrong and needed to go back and pay again. Breakfast was beyond disgusting. No coffee available since the machine was broken. Rooms are noisy and the A/C did not work....

Everything went as expected, during my return to Mexico for business purposes. City Express is a nice chain, but sometimes they don't focus on minor details that could add more value to their service... like breakfast! Team: Try to offer more options, chilaquiles and coffee are not enough for eternity! Good location for moving along Santa Fe. Keep it up!

Great for an overnighter is flying out of Toluca or for business. Very basic amenities and found the staff not up to standard of city express, which rely very much on their staff as part of their success. Breakfast very poor but included. Recepction staff quite sub standard.

The location is good for business travelers specially those working in the commercial district of Santa Fe. The Centro Commercial shopping Mall (which is apparently the biggest Mall in Latin America) is just 10 minutes walk. There are some pubs and restaurants within 3/4 minutes walking distance. The basic rooms are decently sized but no in-room safes. If you dont...
