Stayed for two days. Felt safe, important as I traveled solo.Staff is welcoming, warm and VERY helpful. The morning breakfast is simple, yummy and authentic- mexican food (included in room rate). The shower stall area is tiny and slippery, could use some updating. The single private room on first floor, convenient since there is no elevator. Yes, you can hear...

The hostel is ok. It looks great and the design in every room is really trendy. Unfortunately the beds are pretty uncomfortable and our room on the street side was pretty noisy. You can hear pretty much everything from the street and bars below or the bar above. Staff were friendly and helpful. One of the cleaning staff had the...

We were only meant to stay for two nights, but ended up staying over a week! The vibe of the hostel was great and we met loads of amazing like minded travellers. Misha and Lita (the hostel managers) know everything you'd need to know about the city and activities that go on in this awesome cities. While we were there,...

This is the loudest hostel I've ever been! Music and loud people all night long. The private rooms are dirty, they suck. Moreover 2 people got robbed inside the hostel. The activities they offer are overpriced, don't thake them! Breakfast is the only good thing there. There are many better options in DF for sure.

I tried to give a chance to the hostel after paying for the most expensive room of my trip (700 pesos/ $44usd) but I was full of disappointment. The first room we had was a matrimonial and when we went into the room it had been half cleaned. There was trash left all around the room from the previous visitors...

Too bad - a really nice hostel, friendly staff, good local breakfast, and close to main attractions, restaurants and bars. But if you for some reason want sleep - don't go here. Music playing from the bar upstairs most of the night, and walls of the rooms are so thin that you can hear everything, people talking, singing, even walking,...

A friend and I stayed for 2 nights over a weekend here. The location is great in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and close to a subway stop. The staff were very helpful, and I really liked the breakfast that was included (especially Sunday morning chilaquiles). However, I wouldn't stay again because the room seemed overpriced for...

I recently had the chance to come back to Mexico City for a short stay. I stayed again @ Stayinn Barefoot and the experience was even better than last time. The place looks cooler, with new furniture and the rooms also got upgraded. The staff was super helpful, as always. And I even got some Ks down in nearby Chapultepec...

Amazing staff and location, enough bathroom/showers for everybody in the hostel (no queue in the morning). Free breakfast every morning, very close to bars/nightlife... and it is cheap ! It is next to a subway station and from Condesa main area (bars, restaurants), I would really go back there if I come back to Mexico City.

For me the best hostal in Mexico! It's a beautiful and calm place, clean and with a decent breakfast, the staff is very helpful and friendly, you can perfectly chill out or enjoy "la condesa" where it is perfectly located (metro, supermarket, nice restaurants and bars next door). Just try to get a bottom bed in the dorms! ;-)
