Honestly, the staff was so warm and welcoming; they aided me in every request. I originally planned to stay in this hostel 3 days, but ended up staying 3 weeks. The amenities were excellent, the breakfast was delicious, the hostel was extremely clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in a private room for 5 nights. Bed was really comfy and warm. Nice downstairs area to meet and socialise with other travellers. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you are anything but a heavy sleeper though. People don't leave til 1am, the doorbell rings through the night, and a blender started whirring every morning at 6am. And we...

Super friendly staff and good Mexican breakfast, different every day, with fruit, coffee and juice. In cool area La Condesa with lots of restaurants and cafes and a short walk to Chapultepec Park. Hot showers! I really enjoyed my stay here

PROS: staff was friendly. the hostel is in a good location, although there's not a lot immediately around it. there is a mix of all ages staying here, but it still seemed like a place where travelers can meet up and socialize. they had a party until 3am on Monday night which people seemed to enjoy. they also gave you...

When I arrived at the hostel I had an amazing introduction from the girl that was at the front desk named Memi. She was also very knowledgeable about the surrounding area of La Condessa. The manager Lita was very welcoming and made sure I felt right at home during my stay. The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot,...

Great hostel in a pretty area. Clean and airy rooms and nice hot water showers. The staff are super friendly and helpful and there are delicious Mexican breakfasts included which change daily. There is a bar on the roof and the hostel is social in general. The music from the bar drifted into our dorm as we were on the...

THE GOOD -Perfect location; easy walking distance to a metro stop and some amazing restaurants & street food -Staff was really kind, welcoming, and helpful THE BAD -This is the LOUDEST hostel I have ever stayed in, even with ear plugs...and I've stayed in a lot of hostels! It is truly like sleeping in a club, on the dance floor....

Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Mehico city. Excellent rotating brekky (they kept us guessing every morning!), helpful staff, although expect raging music to the wee hours. Mediocre wifi. Key system could do with an overhaul.

If you want to sleep don't stay here! We had booked 7 nights and regretted it the first night. People sat and partying outside of our room until 01.00 in the night. And this where before the nightclub and bar had opened that was opened until 03.00. It was like sleeping on a dance floor so we ended up changing...

Stayed for two days. Felt safe, important as I traveled solo.Staff is welcoming, warm and VERY helpful. The morning breakfast is simple, yummy and authentic- mexican food (included in room rate). The shower stall area is tiny and slippery, could use some updating. The single private room on first floor, convenient since there is no elevator. Yes, you can hear...
