I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip to Mexico City. As it was my first trip to this country I did not know what to expect. But I was amazed at the service and attention of the staff as well as the style and decor of this hotel. The management should be proud of the service provided...

Great location , facing the park and when you go left from the hotel entrance , you can get everything you want. Reasonable price and room is big. Bed sheets not very clean. Yet, staffs not really can speak English well and not very helpful may be deal to the language barrier . This hotel is located above a shopping...

Stayed here for business. In December, January and February. The staff is amiable and nice. The restaurant service as in any Fiesta Inn. Same quality (fair quality) throughout the hotel chain. The hotel is closely located to the WTC and other main restaurants and attractions around the area. The access is easy and the parking, although a little bit expensive,...

If you need a reliable hotel for a dew dats at a decent price, then this is a perfect place. Good value for money, nice staff, modern and clean hotel. Taxi's are plenty to find and Metrobus stops nearby.

This hotel is good for simple business trips when I'm traveling alone, I would not bring my boss there. But it's a good, economical option and a pretty good location. Breakfast is not included and is served in a cafeteria with both international and local breakfast options.

Not bad at all, and nothing much fancy about it. I have been there for 2 nights only. Service was quite OK. Food (room service) not so OK. Location is good, close to some attractions. Good for businessmen. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast had many different options, almost like a brunch however it's not like you would prefer for...

Stayed 1st 3 nights of my visit to Mexico City. It was very easy to arrange pick ups to take us to explore the city. Service was excellent and lots of shops and good walking distance :) located close to the airport. Beds were comfortable. Always felt safe.

The Location. This is not a family hotel. Why? Right on the doorstep are hundreds of 'ladies of the night' and there is nothing discreet about it. They are wearing the most insane strip club clothing I have ever seen. This is OK but late at night you tend to see the sort of character you want to avoid walking...

The hotel is great and the staff even more. They're nice and they always help you when you need. I do want to get back there really soon. Addictionally, the bedroom is great, everything is clean, the food is delicious and the localization is nice as well.
