Great value for the location, unless you arrive in a personal car, parking is extra, $200 pesos a day. The rooms have been recently remodeled and everything is new, clean and very solid. One big plus is the Italian restaurant attached. A minus point for the house keeping, the door to the maintenance closest was open all day long, and...

I was recommended this hotel due to location and value. Great location between center of the Polanco and the business offices near the Paseo de la Reforma. Quiet area (what is not common in this city) near the park. In a tiny lobby at the Recepcion there were two gentlemen who didn't have any hurry to serve me or even...

This hotel is very well located in the heart of Mexico City Polanco area, however, rooms are modest with good A/C, extremely small and bad designed bathroom. No breakfast available. Reception "service" is extremely poor... They have no clue about the meaning of customer "service" at all...

The guys manning the desk were not exactly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and met our basic needs, but I stress basic. I was there on two separate occasions on the same business trip. On the first, my room's windows all faced into a vent shaft, and the mattress was literally as hard as a plank; I woke...

This is a good hotel located in the center of Polanco, which is one of the nicest business areas in México City. We stayed one night, because we had an appointment at the French Embassy and this hotel is located one block away. They do not have breakfast, but there are a lot of restaurants nearby. For dinner, there is...

I needed to stay overnight in Mexico City because I had a late night event there. The location is great, only a few blocks for plenty of restaurants and a nice park. It's a quiet street, so you can sleep soundly. The hotel is quite simple, no frills, however, I found it to be clean and provided the expected necessities,...

stayed just this week and Overall experience was really bad in terms of everything. Staff was most uncourteous. Did not care at front desk. Favored spanish speaking people. Answer for everything was no. Just did not care for anything for guests. Wifi did not even work most of time. Most unfriendly hotel.

Stayed here again for a business trip. With all the construction going on Masaryk staying here keeps you away from all the pollution and noise that you have in other hotels. I am surprised with the negative comments from others as I have stayed here frequently and the service has been good. The hotel staff even go out of the...

The location is good if you require the Polanco area and can't afford one of the real hotels in the area. But it comes at a price. Rooms are small and with sewage problems (really ! ). Besides, during several days we observed many customers walk in and nobody lifting up their head, answering a greeting, and barely answering questions,...

The rooms are clean and the beds are small. The breakfast is almos at terrible as the service. The staff workers other than the cleaning lady are either terribly rude or more interested at looking at their phones than providing any kind of service. They can, and if they are felling like it they will, allow for the phone to...
