This hotel suffers in hospitality. The only thing going for this hotel is the location to the business district. While they say there is Internet, it hardly works. The owners who man the front desk suck at hospitality. There are some decent places to eat near the hotel but pricey though. If the location is important then go for it... More

Avoid staying here, regardless of it's convenient location. The hotel itself is old and in desperate need of renovation. The rooms, while spacious, are dark and dingy. The overall feel of the hotel is just old and depressing, and that's not even the worst part. The hotel staff was beyond rude and unhelpful. For security reasons, I was informed that... More

Simple and accessible hotel in the Polanco district, near to the big Chapultepec Park, Zoo and Museums. Unfortunately they don't offer breakfast but the cleanliness is good. Some bathrooms are really small for more than one person in the room, but are clean and with a good shower. Definitely a good option for lone travelers who wants to be on... More

I stayed here for one evening while on a brief visit to Mexico City for business. The company I was visiting booked this hotel because it was a location convenient to walk to many restaurants. The room was clean and quiet, and the bathroom very small. Not a lot of amenities and service isn't fabulous. Room was under $90. There... More

This hotel is fine, nothing special. If you want a nice, big room, breakfast and good customer service then I would suggest paying a bit more and choosing another hotel. The location is the best thing about this hotel.

Not cool staff at all. They have to work on that. Breakfast is really poor. Location is excelent, walking distance from polancos best spots. My room was small, bathroom really small they had TV and Air witch was great. No service at all (room service etc) but delivery from major restaurants work.

Great value for the location, unless you arrive in a personal car, parking is extra, $200 pesos a day. The rooms have been recently remodeled and everything is new, clean and very solid. One big plus is the Italian restaurant attached. A minus point for the house keeping, the door to the maintenance closest was open all day long, and... More

I was recommended this hotel due to location and value. Great location between center of the Polanco and the business offices near the Paseo de la Reforma. Quiet area (what is not common in this city) near the park. In a tiny lobby at the Recepcion there were two gentlemen who didn't have any hurry to serve me or even... More

This hotel is very well located in the heart of Mexico City Polanco area, however, rooms are modest with good A/C, extremely small and bad designed bathroom. No breakfast available. Reception "service" is extremely poor... They have no clue about the meaning of customer "service" at all...
