I got stuck in Mexico City because my flight got cancelled due to a snow storm in DC. I enjoyed my night. The hotel is fine. It is clean and it's in a nice area. The bed was kind of hard and the elevator was really old but it was a perfectly acceptable place to stay. The area is pretty...

Food was terrible, it almost made me vomit. Internet, turned off and on constantly. When I slept, or at least tried to, I could hear sirens from the street. When I was at the bathroom, I could hear the other rooms music and chat.

Having booked in advance, the price at the time of booking did not reflect the total charge for the stay. (I like to know exactly how much I am paying in advance.) The rooms are unimpressive, the mattress is old and its texture awful. The hotel is facing a busy avenue and - on the top floor - we could...

Easy access by taxi to all major points of interest. Located in Zona Roma, 10 minutes to Zona Rosa and all the best locales. Nice views con balcones and comfortable security in the rooms. Take the Turi-Bus for the best experience for the first time. Breakfast at Poppy in the Zócalo to top off the visit

The Marbella Hotel was just fine. It was fairly centrally located in Zona Roma, within 15-30 minute taxi rides to most locations. Our room was good, comfortable bed, wifi etc. We found the staff very accommodating to all our needs. The restaurant was a little pricey for breakfast.

I arrived at 05.30 am and the room that I had booked -quiet room, away from the street noise- was not ready for me, given how early it was. The night manager, Hector, gave me another room and allowed me to check in straight away. Hector speaks really good English and gave me some helpful tips, which I appreciated. My...

Well maintained hotel with luxury rooms, bathroom and elevator. We had some problems with the WiFi connection, but by logging in all over again everything worked out well. A wide range of breakfast possibilities and a swift and friendly service. We once dined there as well, this was excellent as well. The staff at the reception desk is friendly and...

This hotel we got off Hotwire. It's just ok. Clean but Beds and linens not very comfortable. And they don't allow you to bring any drinks into your rooms because they want you to pay at the bar. Ridiculous. I've been to many hotels that open it for me at front desk. Wouldn't stay again.

The room was fine, other than the wifi. If it cuts out right away, ask for a new room because it'll continue to cut out regularly for your entire stay. It works perfectly closer to the center of the hotel. They frequently had front desk staff working that didn't speak English at all, but it's Mexico so that's on me...

I had had a terrible experience in another hotel so I booked in here for the night and the service and attention couldn't have been better!!! The valets and reception staff were especially lovely. The room was large with a fantastic view and very well located. A great experience!
