Very nice hotel. It's in a somewhat sketchy part of town... Then again it's Mexico city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only problem was that the key card continuously stopped working(which could have been my fault) nice hotel would stay again

Pick this hotel because of early morning flight. It takes about 15 minutes in the morning by free shuttle to terminal 1. The facilities meets US standard, and staff speaks English. The area is not a tourist area, with supermarket, street vendor, walmart center as well as a Chinese buffet cross the street. You need to take the rapid bus...

Krystal Urban is a very good hotel. It appears that it's out of place where it's located. There are no other restaurants in the surrounding area, only the one in the hotel. The facility is very clean. Staff was excellent; very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The only negative about the room...

Good hotel for the price. There is a mall in walking distance. Uber is the best and safest way to get around. The traffic is loud and at least on weekends 24/7. But im sure u will be doing alot of walking depending what you do. You will be so tired it will not matter. Staff is very friendly and...

Too bad I had to leave at three a.m. for the airport. The room was spacious and ver bed and linens heavenly. It was only $70 for this top notch habitation. The neighborhood was nothing to brag about, but for the peace of mind of being ten minutes from the airport it was ok with me. I would stay there...

On my way to Veracruz I had a layover in Mexico City. Hotel room is very neat and comfy, with English speaking hotel service. Shuttle service was perfect. On my way back to Miami from Veracruz I had another layover in Mexico City. And once again service was top.

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed room. Reasonably quiet. Friendly staff. In a commercial area, so recommended for overnight, as opposed to longer stay. Airport is about twenty minutes away. We arrived around midnight. Tried to contact hotel in advance about airport pickup, but did not receive a response. We took a taxi for nine dollars. Took hotel shuttle back to airport the...

I didn't like the look from the outside or the location but the room was clean and from my room I could not hear the traffic on the outside. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only con was that you can hear the doors open and close from the room like it was your own. We did had breakfast...

Hotel is ok but after a relative short two hour flight into Mexico, we then spent two and a quarter hours in a taxi that took us to the Krystal Grande before returning to where we started then went in the opposite direction to Krystal Urban. All in peak hour traffic. Driver was extremely furious. We had specified the Krystal...

Not so close to the airport as many but the free transit service makes it worth considering. We were told the minibus could only wait for 10 minutes at the airport, however, we were delayed and arrived at Gate 4 after the 10 minutes had started rather than being there at the beginning of the 10 minutes. It took a...

“You close the curtains at night but they never completely close in any hotel. Just enough of a crack to let through too much light sometimes. Take a hangar out of the closet. The one that you use for hanging slacks. Use the clips on the hanger to close both curtains together leaving no room for light to come though. (airline crew trick)”
