Craftsbury Common, Vermont

Fiesta Inn Periferico Sur is a great place to spend a night in Mexico City if you're looking for an easy, full-service stay. The hotel itself is modern and well-kept up. Both rooms themselves and the common areas are very spacious, and the restaurant/bar, though by all appearances aimed at the tourist crowd, offer reasonably priced, better than average fare....

All required amenities for a business hotel, with a small desk table, a good chair, with surprisingly good WiFi signal. I liked the not so firm king bed and very soft pillows. There is a small shopping mall (Gran Sur) nearby with better options for breakfast and dinner which I prefer, instead of the plain food at the hotel restaurant.

After two intense days it was the perfect place for drinks and food in the "tu casa es mi casa" style Mexicans are famous for. Mezcal with sal de gusano to begin with and solid carnitas completed a wonderful evening. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

I visited the hotel during a business trip in Mexico City. The service is very good and everybody from the staff is willing to help from the first moment you arrive at the reception. I had a simple room which was quite big compared to other hotels, it had a safe, some bottles of water for free but no minibar....

This is a good hotel in the southern part of Mexico City near Six Flags and the UNAM. The rooms are standard hotel rooms, comfortable and clean. I would not say that it is a luxury hotel. The shower drain was a bit stopped up. We chose this hotel because it advertised a pool. The indoor pool was very very...

Ok hotel, modern no luxury no frills room, just the basic, My room was big and had a view to Estadio Azteca, the personal was very warm and helpful, the food at the restaurant was good, there are not many places on walking distance and it doesn't look like a very safe neighborhood.

At first the stay was enjoyable, rooms are large and well furnished , unfortunately one of the few hotels I have stayed where there is no fridge. The second half of our stay the hotel hosted children that were involved in a soccer tournament, Mexico Aztec stadium is close, we were disturbed throughout the night by these young people. If...

Nice brief stay, clean room, helpful staff and comfy bed but the room was close to some sort of machine/fan that kept making loud noise all night long and did not let us get a good rest at all. Nevertheless it is fair for the price and a good option if your activities are on the southern part of the...

Very disrespectful and rude that cleaning personnel knocks at your door in the morning and asks if you need anything. Supervisors please instruct your personnel not to do that. Otherwise the hotel is a nice option to stay, good and convenient facilities as you would expect from a business class chain hotel.

Friendly people at the reception. The restaurant is ok but the location is bad. Actually the hotel is inside of a shopping center, not private at all. Even with the GPS it was really hard to find the location; we had no idea it was in a mall. I wouldn't stay there next time.

Staying in Coyoacan

Neighbourhood Profile
Coyoacan
Once you step into Coyoacán (“Land of the Coyotes”) you'll find picturesque parks and cantinas that will transport you back to the colonial era thanks to the brick and stone details of the area. Iconic writers such as Trotsky and great painters like Frida Kahlo seeked refuge and inspiration in this area, and you can see the unique spirit of this neighborhood reflected in its colorful market where nieves, sopes and all kinds of traditional 'antojitos' are a must try. Restaurants and cafés throughout its peaceful paved streets contain traditional but unique murals and decorations, where one can enjoy a mezcal at noon or the best churros with a cup of coffee.
