This review is long overdue. We traveled July 2015, but needed to share our experience. I received a welcome email from Andrea Martinez asking about preferences, dietary restrictions, and reason for our travel. We were surprised with a bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. We felt like we were part of the hotel family. I'm familiar...

Excellent hotel in Mexico City, I would say top3 in my list here. The Room as super spacious with an excellent bed and working desk and bathroom. The SPG level gives you access to the hotel lounge in the top floor were breakfast is served while you enjoy a great view of Santa Fé. I personally like Polanco more, once...

This Westin unit is very nice, the hotel itself, accommodations, the disposal of the room, amenities, very clean and new, also the restaurant, is very nice, and regarding the restaurant, my opinion is the staff need to pay more attention in the guests requests, they are not very attentive. There is a small shopping mall in the hotel area, with...

Very good hotel. It is well priced and the service is very good. They keep the hotel very clean and the towels and sheets are very nice. The hotel is located in a plaza with very nice restaurants and cafes around so it is a very comfortable place in such a big congested city.

While a bit removed from the historic center and other main attractions of Mexico City, the comfort, atmosphere and service make this the absolute best place to stay in the area. The rooms are always emaculately clean and the rooftop bar and pool provide breathtaking views of the entire valley. The food in the restaurants is superb and the entire...

Large hotel cased in the business district of Mexico City. Very modern and clean interior with friendly staff. My room had two double beds, a shower and a bath and was very well specified for the business worker. The only draw back in the room were lumpy foam pillows, fortunately these were mixed with feather pillows otherwise sleeping would be...

Pros: Suites Service Location Cons: Checkout service Limited local cuisine options Pool and gym Overall an A-1 hotel, my only issue was with the checkout when I had to ask for the bill to be reprinted 3 times as it had numerous incorrect charges (mini-bar for e.g.). The other lesser issue I had was that the gym and the pool...
