I visit this Westin nearly monthly. One of the best Westin hotels anywhere. Period. The attention to service, amazing rooms, fabulous breakfast and entire staff makes it so worthwhile when coming back here time and time again. Total luxe without any snootiness only genuine warmth. Highly recommend it. Easy to get too from either the Mexico City or Toluca airport.

This is possibly my 6th stay, and the Westin is consistently an excellent experience. Service: Whether it's the front desk, the restaurant staff or the housekeeping, everyone is immensely helpful. It's hard to outshine Mexico's already high level of hospitality, but they have done it. Effortless check in and other to-room service. Breakfast: Admittedly the only meal I eat in...

Was again at my preferred Mexico DF hotel : The Westin Santa Fe. This is a great hotel if one needs to stay in the Santa Fe district of Mexico City. Very nice accommodations , attentive staff and easy to do business. Has a good bar/restaurant in the lobby and easy access to fantastic restaurants at adjacent mall.

I stayed in March after a great stay in January and couldn't be more pleased. Actually I was contacted by the hotel manager days before my second stay so the hotel could be prepared for everything I might have needed. The quality of delivered product is very good (big room, nice heavenly bed, fully serviced spa and gym and finally...

I just had a two nighter at the Westin. Its location for business (unless your business is in Santa Fe) is hopeless so I had to move - my mistake. The Concierge Alejandro Hernandez went out of his way to help me find another hotel within the SPG group and got me moved without any hassles. A great help since...

Located in a business district, you'll probably should consider this hotel only during business trips. Hotel itself is excellent, especially the rooms: comfortable, clean, silent and spacious. Wifi as ok (although it is paid), breakfast was delicious and service top notch. Only downside was a very dry room when combining Mexico City climate with the AC. There is a shopping...

The entire personnel make you feel extra comfortable and attended, always smiling. The hotel is very well located, with a very responsible transportation service. What it is the best is the restaurant and the food. Wonderful!!

Traveling to MX City a couple of times a year I usually opt for the Westin in Santa Fé. Close to a number of other usual choices of fellow business travelers and very decent restaurant / entertainment options nearby (two even in-house). Breakfast staff is very attentive and always greets you with a smile (which is actually true for all...

Nice accommodation with a good structure. There is a small shopping in front with some good options to eat with you do not have time to go out. Staff very kind and very good breakfast options. The bar at the roof is awesome. The only problem is the internet connection, that was very bad at the room.
