Wow I rarely rave so much about a hotel but the Westin Santa Fe in Mexico City was a great find in what can be a difficult city to deal with. Staff great for starters. The bellboys spike better English than the ones in the US! The restaurants, bars, spa, rooftop , gym and room surpassed my expectations. And the...

Westin Hotel is located is Santa Fe, in one of the suburbs of Mexico City. Five year ago there was nothing there. today its a place with easy access, and traffic is a real issue in Mexico. The hotel is confortable, has an excellent business center with all kinds of meeting rooms, and there are nice restaurants within walking distance.

While the location is less than ideal for tourists, this allows the Westin Santa Fe to cater to business travelers. My experience was great overall - very comfortable and accommodating to my needs. The room felt brand new and had all the necessary amenities and the restaurants downstairs were quite good. The beds were extremely comfortable and bathroom spacious. I...

My colleagues who visit Mexico City on business for 3 weeks at a time suggested that even though our office is an hour away from the hotel to stay at the Westin. They insisted because of the great location, food (especially at in-house restaurant that also delivers room service "Market KItchen"), and size and service of rooms. I actually would...

This property is definitely targeted to the business traveler....they nickel and dime you for everything.....internet is extra as is breakfast ....if the accommodations were sumptuous I might feel differently but our original room was dirty and we had to be moved to better quarters....with better views- but the furniture was still scratched and the furnishings were tired.....this did not meet...

I stay at this hotel every time I go to Mexico City on business, it is conveniently located in Santa Fe, a very nice area. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast buffet is excellent, with local and international options, and service is outstanding. There is a mall close by and a restaurants area next door where you find several very good options...

The hotel is beautiful, with elegantly designed common areas featuring soaring ceilings, soothing ambient music and tasteful decor. Our room was very comfortable, nothing to complain about really. Right downstairs from the hotel there is also a very delicious Spanish restaurant and other high end eateries. But for the hotel itself, the only thing is... The small pool. And I...
