I found the hotel convenient but over priced for what I got. At over 1,700 pesos a night for their lowest priced clean and comfortable but not at all special room I was extremely disappointed to find I had absolutely no hot water in the shower. It was very odd because there was plenty of hot water in the vanity...

I missed my flight out of Mexico City and found myself at the airport at midnight with no place to stay. I needed to be back at the airport at 5:00am so I needed a fast solution. Holiday Inn had a person at the airport trying to entice people to come stay. The cost was 1500 pesos (about $111). I...

The public areas are quite nice, clean, and modern. The rooms seem a little shabby though comfortable. There is an overly large vanity area outside the bathroom. The shower is roomy enough although the water pressure is pitiful. There is a significant amount of street noise on the lower floors. It might be better higher up. Drapes don't shut out...

Would only recommend staying here if you want somewhere close to the airport for a night that is reasonably priced, which is just what we needed at the time. Rooms are a decent size and comfortable enough. Other than that it is just a nondescript chain hotel.

It's a Holiday Inn. Stating the obvious, but this is a Holiday Inn in MEXICO. I choose not to stay in HI properties in the states but got put here on business a day ago. Lobby and rooms were clean enough, but never in my life have I ever seen the lamps and alarm clock HARD WIRED (complete with frayed...

Internet connection was impossibly slow (0.14 mbps) for most of my 16-hr stay. After technical support acknowledged the slow service, I took up the issue with management and the front desk, which dishonestly pretended that this was their standard for their offering of "free high-speed Internet access" and that there was nothing wrong with the service. All rooms are noisy...

This is a great hotel, new and clean. The room was beautiful and had one of the largest, nicest bathrooms I have seen in Mexico. The bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows and nice comforter. The staff was very helpful. I ate dinner in the restaurant and although the menu was limited, the food was great! Best of all, they...

I picked this hotel because I had an overnight in Mexico City. The hotel is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle and free wireless. Once I cleared customs, I found the hotel office in the airport right across the hall from the exit. The office is just a small counter with coffee and couches but it...

We needed to have a hotel close to the airport because of an early flight the next day. Relying heavily on the TripAdvisor reviews we decided to go with this hotel.
