We stayed at the Zocalo for four nights on a visit to Mexico City. It is located right in the center of the historical district where there is a lot to see. What impressed us most about this place was the staff. They quickly responded to any request for help we had. Example, as we landed we entered a room...

We just spent five nights at this hotel, checking out only this morning. The hotel is in a great location, just half a block from the main cathedral and presidential palace and a few short blocks from one of the main art museums in town. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The water is non-potable but the hotel provides ample,...

Stayed back in 2014 for six nights and rooms are very comfortable. Very well located to restaurants and places of interest. The rooms are cozy and well designed. The view from the roof is stunning, specially at night time. wi-fi is not very fast. Some carpets in the corridors need to be replace them, I almost trip with a bump,...

The location is right in the center of everything. Front desk people were courteous and accomodating. However, housekeeping throws things away. Nothing big but still annoying. They threw away a special soap. However, can't beat the location.

Very nice hotel in a very busy part of town. Our room on the 5th floor was near the square which is very noisy. We live near NYC and it felt like time square. Also do not have a room on the fifth floor as the restaurant is above it. You will hear chairs scraping above from 6 am to...

Spent 4 nights here at Easter. Central location on the Zocalo square. Proximity to Templo Mayor and cathedral couldn't be surpassed. However it comes with bells and whistles ... Literally. The bells marked the hour and the whistles of police were heard until midnight. Ok with windows closed unless you're a very light sleeper. Great police presence in the square....
