The hotel is perfect location to anything you want to do in the main square of the Zocalo. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and all details wonderfully executed. The staff is extremely helpful. They take care of you as though you are family. Rodrigo & Lalo served us breakfast and were always so pleasant to us. The breakfast menu is...

This hotel is only 100m or so away from Zocalo, the main square in front of the cathedral. It is 7 floor high with a very nice terrace restaurant at the top. We had a standard room with 2 single beds. The room was small but functional. The beds were on the narrow side. Service was very good but one...

Hotel Zocalo Central is a wonderful hotel located in the heart of CDMX. The hotel is very clean, very well organized and everything works! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable. A wonderful breakfast is served on the 6th floor of the hotel in the restaurant Balcon de Zocalo, overlooking the National Palace. Special thanks to Eduardo whom organized many...

Stayed 2 nights prior to a wedding. We had complimentary breakfast one morning and not the second. The staff were not especially helpful when I had questions about my stay (including breakfast info). However, the breakfast restaurant is on the roof patio and has a lovely view of the zocalo. Do not pay extra for the "upgraded zocalo view" room,...

I stayed as part of a group of 9 in the 3 bed rooms in April 2017. The room was clean and well appointed although a bit tight for 3 (the others were in bigger rooms it turned out). We had a small window with no view which was cancelled out by the fantastic view of the Zocalo from the...

Dear Lindsay Thanks for your kind feedback. As you have mentioned, our hotel is close to the main museums, stores, restaurants and cultural centers of Mexico City. Otherwise we would like to mention that our Hotel is in a 3-Century-old building, this feature entails certain details regarding the size of the rooms, but we encourage you to ask for a...

excellent welcome with freshening towels and fresh tamarind juice along with cold water. There are also fridges with complimentary self service water and apples that you can take from at any time of day and night. Which is very convenient...although a bit wasteful...might be better to instate the large water jugs and coolers to refill water bottle instead. The reception...

Beautifully appointed hotel, excellent service, and outstanding restaurant overlooking the Zocalo. Great selection of artisanal beers and red and green chilaquiles for breakfast. Located right on Av 5 de Mayo it is a fun walk through history straight down to Alemada Central Park. It was our first trip to Mexico City and we couldn't be happier with Hotel Zocalo Central.

This place is perfectly located. You can walk the entire Historic Center of Mexico City. The view from the restaurant (6th floor) is just the best. The service is excellent as well. As per food, I can tell you that it is OK but they should vary their menu because having just three options for breakfast is not enough, although...
