I stayed at the Galeria Plaza in Zona Rosa in Mexico City for 7 weeks. During my stay I changed rooms 4 times. The beds are horrible. They did however give me a padding that solved the problem to a certain extent. There was one room where the faucet in the bathroom was completely disloged. There was another room where...

Booked a room for a two night stay in January. We were surprised and thrilled with the hotel, it"s location, and service. We expected a lot less for the price we paid. First let me say I think Mexico City frequently receives a bum rap for safety issues. Mexico City is a vibrant world class capitol and yes, with big...

We stayed at Galeria Plaza on Hamburgo in Mexico City from December 22nd until January 2nd. The moment I arrived at the hotel, my husband and I checked our belongings to ensure that nothing had been removed from our luggage at the airport. Everything was there. However, we did not lock our luggage because we believed it was safe to...

We stayed here for 7 nights having originally only intending to stay for 5. We asked at reception about booking the additional and was advised to book online through hotels.com or Expedia to get a better rate. This saved us alot of money on the hotels rack rate. So we booked the extra nights on the free 2 hours of...

Close to city center and all main attractions. Pool on the roof top is good to get some sun tan. I would definitely stay here again.

I have just completed 4 days at this hotel, the staff is helpful, the rooms are clean, but they charge for everything, especially internet, $20 a day. and you have to call everyday for a new code to access . Many other hotels in the area include it. The location is perfect. if you stay make sure you pay the...

This was the only time in my life I was scammed by a top rated hotel , the hotel charged me almost the double of the original room rate and started an infinite "ping pong " strategy with Expedia which in this case wasn't Expedia's fault. Moreover , the safe in the room was broken , there was no minibar...

We stayed just one night in Mexico City before heading to our final destination. We liked this hotel because it is in a great part of town. You are in walking distance of local shops and restaurants. We had a car but chose to walk. We also were in close walking distance to the angel of freedom and from there...

Some of the rooms need to be refurbished. Our room on the 3rd floor had very dim lighting so the overall atmosphere was very gloomy. Could hardly see to put on makeup in the bathroom. And the hair dryer did not work....stayed on for less than a minute and then cut off and could not get it to work until...

This hotel is close to Sevilla subway station in Zona Rosa with easy access from the airport and within walking distance from the lively and safe streets of Zona Rosa. The room was large and very clean, the staff was helpful. A few small annoyances: wifi is free only in lobby; the key to the in-room safe needs to be...
