The hotel has a solid program to improve the business customer experience. The business lounge is an oasis of tranquility with elegant and reasonable breakfast and great service delivered by the staff. All rooms now have their own router which delivers very good wifi speed even when I needed to teach a webex course during 4 hours of uninterrupted image...

The location, one block from Paseo de la Reforma, is ideal for business travelers. The room was modern and clean. The breakfast was fantastic... offered a wide selection of both hot and cold servings. The restaurant on the corner was also fantastic. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Everything works well and rooms were very nice...fast elevators, climate controls, strong wifi. The concierge provided plenty of helpful advice. Staff promptly resolved requests (malfunctioning tv remote, missing wash cloths) and always asked if there was anything else they could help with. Location is great, but it's a fairly large hotel hosting many tour groups. We'd definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Bedroom and public areas were clean and fresh. Staff were polite and always smiling. Breakfast and dinner was good and affordable using the 15% discount. The only problem we had was with the television reception, it was of such poor quality, we could not watch it and missed some programmes we were...

Thank you very much dear guest for your feedback! We offer our deepest apologies for the inconvenience with the TV, we are currently working in it, unfortunately it became a major issue and our Chief Engineer is fixing this along with our external supplier. When you are back in July we will show you everything is perfect!

Hotel is functional, well staffed with helpful and friendly people. Well maintained and good food at a reasonable price. Central location and having stayed in most hotels in both Reforma & Polanco areas, is good value for money - so much so this was a return stay.

Everything was clean, service was great. Management very professional, cleaning staff tried to get lazy, but very responsive when questioned. Maintenance was quick to respond when any problem was noted and we were asked if there was anything else.

We stayed 6 nights here. Staff are friendly, speaking English. Breakfasts were good. Room clean, good lighting. The hotel is about 10 minutes walking to the Independent monument (Angel of Independence) and we can get on the "hop on hop off bus" here.

The main reason for me to choose this hotel is its location. Close to everything. It is good value for the price and the location. But the property is quite old. The room smells not so good. what makes it worse is that the window can't be opened. The carpet looks dirty and should be replaced.

Cant say enough good things about the hotel, special thanks to Fabiola front desk, and Ronniel the concierge who went way beyond to help you in any way he could. The rooms were clean and fresh and always a smile from all the staff. The morning buffet was really nice, however I found it to be a little expensive, about $17...
