It was the worst Hilton service I have ever experienced in my life and I have been to many of them around the world. Started with early arrival which I have asked for early check in. The first gentleman receptionist apologised politely and said the hotel is fully booked. I offered to change to higher grade room or pay the...

Everyone on staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. It was a bonus that they all spoke English although that is not a necessary requirement for me to enjoy my travel experience. The pool, spa and terrace are very well maintained and relaxing. I am a HHonors Gold member and took advantage of the daily breakfasts (the fresh tamales on...

You cannot fault this hotel's location! Ideally located in the heart of Mexico City where you're just moments away from the local attractions. It is very strategic location as a "business hotel" ... at the same time, some of the interior decor & furniture I personally thinks needs an overhaul as it appears to be a tad dated ...

I would never believed possible that any middle-range motel in route 66 has free Wi-Fi and The Hilton in Mexico City does not; besides that, I found a closed mini-bar, and not even one extra blanket at reach in the room. Why didn't I ask or them? Too late? Too shy? Too lazy, maybe? I think a brand like Hilton...

The good: nice location in the reforma area.. Nice staff, reasonably attentive.. Don't care for the dining alternatives in the hotel.. Breakfast was an overly formal and not a place to just get some bacon and eggs.. No way to get a quick burger for dinner either.. The club lounge was nice.. Good alternative for breakfast, but not avail unless...

A bit worn-out and old fashioned. Like a big engine with lots of conferences, endless queue of air crew persons in the reception. Sometimes difficult to pass by through the big group of people and suitcases.

Stayed a few times over the last few years at the Hilton. Every experience has been outstanding. Service and location is a plus. Since the zocalo area has been revitalized this has made the stay even better Executive floor is a great plus although they no longer include mix drinks it's still nice

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
