If travelling for tourism this modern hotel is in a great location: walking distance to the ancient downtown area "Zocalo & Centro Historico". If travelling for business and you are going to have your meetings in the Reforma Ave. corridor this would be a good location too. Otherwise traffic might be a concern.

Enjoyed a 5 day stay in this excellent property. Fast internet, helpful staff and fast service. The air condition was a bit noisy but that's not a big deal. Good value for money. The location is very central but only good for business visitors

Well located hotel, central to everything, rooms and spaces are great, but without exceeding luxury. Food can really be better, as well as the general service. Cosnidering accomodation options around, hilton is a good option, however I would recommend eating outside of the hotel.

The hotel is in a really great location in old Mexico city. The staff provided amazing service, spoke multiple languages and were enthusiastic about providing assistance. The food was really good, and service was fast. While the hotel is slightly dated they make up for it in service and location!!

The hotel is vast and in a great location in the heart of the city. The lobby is vast and busy always. The room was very spacious and comfortable bed and furniture. Clean and very well stocked with amenities. The room was located on a high floor so the views of the city were amazing. Overall it's a Hilton with...

This is a typical business hotel located in an excellent location. They forgot to put bath robes and bedroom slippers in my room. When I called to ask for it it took more than 20 mins to arrive. Also there are no cotton buds and small face towels in the room. Surprising for a Hilton.

The hotel is beautiful and very central but be weary of the concierge staff who will rip you off! Use Uber instead of the Hotel taxi to save a lot of money. The hotel does not accept US dollars (Mexican law) and they use a different rate of exchange than the Cambio they send you to down the street so...

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
