I wanted a centrally-located hotel for my family's first trip to CDMX and the Hilton Mexico City Reforma fit the bill perfectly. Its location in Centro Historico made it easy to walk or talk a short ride anywhere in the city without losing time with long walks or traffic. The hotel was a great base for us to easily enjoy...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Hilton Reforma is always a great experience, and our most recent stay was our favorite yet! This hotel is situated in the perfect location to walk in CDMX. The park across the street is great, museums and zocalo are nearly, museum of tolerance is next door, and the fantastic museo de arte popular is behind the hotel. Front desk staff...

We stayed here for the weekend on business and we were immediately upgraded to the executive floor with our gold status. The king room was clean, spacious with a beautiful view. Also air conditioned. Breakfast in the lounge was very nice, they offer scrambled eggs but u can have them make u a fresh omelet. They have fresh fruit, pastries,...

This hotel is not really in Reforma but Alameda, a neighboring district and in many ways nicer. It sits next to a lovely park with street vendors and is great for strolling on weekend evenings. You have easy access to the Palace of Fine Arts which is the cultural center of the city, offering dance, concerts and art exhibits. It's...

This excellent hotel is perfectly situated to walk to the most important historic sites and art venues in the city. The staff is accommodating to serve guests for business and leisure. The staff in the Honors lounge is quick to meet individual needs and provides an all-day welcoming atmosphere.

Stayed here for a business trip in May 2015. (Pull down menu only lets me select as far as 2016) Honestly, didn't have much time to enjoy the hotel but it was a really nice environment. If I recall the only option for parking was valet. Probably safer that way. Staff was nice and they did have English speakers there....

Excellent customer service at this location and This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Mexico City. The only draw back on this hotel is there is NO bar scene, they have such a beautiful spacious terrace but it's not properly used. Would be a cool rooftop bar but don't know why they choose to just plant trees (and...

I got a Suite Upgrade being HH top Category staff/people were nice but this is already a very tired Hilton. Like a time tunnel to 1980. I travel a lot, know lots of Hiltons, this one is certainly not up to standards and far too expensive. Food was good but the noise factor too high. Lots of noisy children at...

Great Hotel in downtown close to Bellas Artes and El Zocalo. Good restaurants at the hotel, one is from Hilton the other is El Cardenal which is a must and cheaper than the hotel one. Good gym and rooms. Price varies based on demand. If you book ahead of time you can lock a good rate.

The Hilton Reforma is a nearly perfect hotel for first time tourists. Although mostly business types stay here, I can't say enough about the service, location and comfort found here. HIghly recommended.

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
