Centrally located hotel, close to the old city and many other attractions. What stood out for us was the customer service at this hotel - absolutely superb ! HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Just spent two nights here. Absolutely love this hotel. Fantastic, central location right across from the Alameda. Immediate area is very safe, with a ton of interesting sights, museums, and places to eat. It's about a fifteen minute walk to the Zocalo, much of it on a pedestrian walkway (no cars). Sunday is a particularly nice day to be here,...

A very well located hotel: downtown, with access to many attractions. A great convention center with many facilities and strategic planning for events. The food is good, and the staff is very helpful. Plan your visit and tours to cover main attractions in the city.

If you start at the Hilton Reforma, you will know you have a wonderful spot to come back to all day long! It is between the old city and the new. You can walk to the Opera House in 5 minutes and must try to see a performance. And the staff are the best asset!

Great attention to detail. We had a king room on 24th floor facing the park. It was an excellent view and huge room compared to other hotels (incl. Hiltons) we've stayed at. Bathroom was clean and also very large. Cleaning services were fast and thorough. Everyone at the hotel from assistants at the entrance, concierge, desk staff, cleaning staff and...

I rate this hotel highly. It is centered in a very safe and accessible part of town. I could walk to all of the places I needed to go to. I'm a diamond member of Hilton so I stay often at Hilton hotels and I think this is one of the nicer hotels in the chain.

We stayed at Hilton as we love its central location. We were able to walk to a lot of attractions. Park Alameda is right in front of the hotel and is always buzzing with activities. We have strict dietary requirements for health reasons and were worried about the food we would get. But Miguel at the front desk sent an...

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
