Stayed here for 2 nights. This place is maybe 3 blocks from the south side of the Zocalo so it is well-traveled (safe to walk around at night), convenient for sightseeing and close to other amenities. There was always a worker @ the desk and they were helpful in calling a taxi and telling us important information. For the price,...

We spent the night here after landing in Mexico. Check in was fast, painless. Room was large, clean with good beds. Use this as a base to explore the old town. It is walking distance from plaza de la constitution and metro stops, only some 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Main downside was breakfast, which is not served...

This hotel is just two blocks from the presidential palace and the national plaza so it's a wonderful location for exploring the city. Other hotels claim to be in the historical city center, although much farther away, but this one really does have a claim to that title. Rooms are clean and with modern fixtures in the bath, nice work...

Good hotel, inexpensive, great location, near subway stations, stores, tourist attractions, etc. Rooms are small, no air-cornditioner, but very clean. It is a good option, if you don't want to spend too much with lodging.

It was my first time at Mexico City. As a first time traveler in a huge capital surrounded by millions of people, cars and options where to go; I decide to stay there. First it has an excellent spot. It is about three blocks from Zocalo. This allow you to either to walk around there or take several bus tours...

The hotel itself is simple, the rooms small (if you are large, good luck trying to fit in the shower!) but useful. Beds are kind of hard but it has a nice fan above. The price and the location are their best assets. There is a restaurant in the hotel called Maple. It's a bit expensive for the food they...

The Hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel....

We stayed here for 10 nights and only found out on the 8th night that the bites on my body were actually bedbug bites instead of mosquitoes' bites. Our room was 313 and that is where we found a bed bug on the bedsheet (see picture). When we told the manager, he did apologise to us but did not refund...

Rude uncaring staff, noisy cramped rooms, attached restaurant has mediocre overpriced food, terrible service and unfriendly staff, there are so many better choices close to the zocalo, don't bother with this hotel. It appears to be a convenient hotel for impromptu afternoon trysts rather than a comfortable choice for travelers.

For about $30 a night for a solo traveler, this was a great choice. Steps from the Zocalo and historic district and close to subway access made the location convenient. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. Helpful and friendly staff made the stay even more pleasant. The attached restaurant Maple is OK in a pinch but I...
