I went there for my honey moon, before travelling to our final destination: Cancun. We stayed three nights, service was excellent, room was acceptable, the surrounding hotel area is not bad (remember this area is "rose", it means full of gays) if you are not homophobic, you will enjoy the neighborhood. The only issue with the hotel is that my...

Very modern design hotel in Zona Roma. Right in the middle of restaurants and bars. Rooms are 5 on each floor. Had a corner room junior suite with king bed. Very clean. Friendly staff. Mini fridge in room. Rate includes breakfast. Convenient to Paseo de Reforma.

If you end up staying here, do not – I repeat do not – get the “complimentary” breakfast buffet. I decided to fuel up on some eggs, hot dogs sausages, fruit, and yogurt before heading out to Teotihuacan, and I have been violently ill since. We’re talking severe food poisoning: cold sweats, intense flu-like symptoms, stomach cramps, diarrhea and the...

This hotel is just perfect. It´s clean, charming in great place, next to lots of restaurants, atractions and subway. There´s even a shopping mall nearby. You can go on foot to Museo de Antropología, the most important atraction in the city. Both room and bathroom are big and confortable (I stayed in the simplier room and it was great!). Stuff...

Rooms are all white with some accented colour. Comfortable bed and powerful shower but no real facilities here. There is a breakfast space at ground floor level although I never had the breakfast, preferring to go out. Safe location however there are loads of bars and clubs in the street so it can be noisy, even in the afternoon when...

They aim for high customer service and they deliver. The entire staff has been very friendly and professional. We arrived at 10 in the morning and they were able to accommodate us about 1 hour later. They have a tasty breakfast, buffet style until noon time, which is included with you stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the Zona...
