Being somehow spoiled by Marriott hotels in the past (3+ years platinum) my first instinct was to go for Marriott branded property for my stay in Mexico city. It was a mistake. While staff (besides one dude but that's for later part of the review) was always nice and tried to fix issues the property is in desperate need of...

I have stayed here several times (previously when it was the Radisson). The rooms are clean, comfortable, and priced well, which is why I keep coming back. The staff speak English quite well. There is a buffet every day and an omelette/quesadilla station, which is good. The front desk staff and bell boy are super friendly and accommodating. Although I...

No complaints, the hotel was quiet despite being in a busy area we didn't hear any street noise. The beds were comfy and the housekeeper was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had ice. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was excellent! No, It's not in the nicest areas but a quick...

The hotel is for business guests, recently renovated but still looks quite worn and old in some areas ( lifts , breakfast area, room doors). Service is hit or miss with some very helpful staff and some other rude and unhelpful people who just didn't want to be there. Location is not good for tourists, the area doesn't look safe...

Located only 15 min from the airport. This place is clean as can be. I utilized their Room Service...excellent experience. Underground parking is very nice as well. Had a cocktail in the lounge - nice, pleasant surroundings. Newly remodeled when Marriott took over. The staff accommodates English-speaking guests very well too. No unusual noises during the night. Slept well every...

Starting with the front desk team, they were awesome! Check in was easy and fast. Our room was great! And the bathroom super clean with a big tub that you can swim into it! Great design, modern, luxury looking and the staff is just amazing. Definitely coming back to that tub 😃

Stayed on two different occasions, in two different room categories. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and furnished to be practical to leisure and business travellers both.
