The hotel is in a good location and the price is reasonable. I liked the music theme and odd little artifacts throughout. It has character. But there were a few flaws. The first room we were given had a strong musty smell and we were concerned about allergies, so they moved us to another room that was smaller but comfortable....

This hotel had some charm, a nice location and a good quality/price ratio. The location is still good, charm is getting used as are the carpets, the rooms etc. But prices are getting pretty high for what you get and they don't seem to take care of their customers. We had requested a quiet and luminous room, on the first floor,...

You get what you pay for - La Casona is a 3 star hotel so don't expect it to be luxurious. However it work well for us as we were out sightseeing most of the time and it's located in the up and coming area called Roma which has amazing resturants in walking distance. The rooms are big and comfortable....

Excellent, quaint hotel located in Roma Norte. Comfortable rooms, great ambience and decor, good service from a friendly staff. Well-located as well, with many good restaurants nearby. I intend to keep it in mind for the next time I return to Mexico City.

My wife and I stayed at the Casona between September 18 and 24, 2015. We were kept awake until 05.00 by very loud music at the night club opposite on 19th September. The staff said this is not unusual, so I would not recommend staying there over the weekend. The hotel is OK, but the staff are not particularly friendly....

The Hotel is a refurbished old house located in the area of La Roma, which is an unbeatable location with trendy restaurants and bars. The high end fashion shop El Palacio de Hierro is a block away. Ten minutes from downtown, Zocalo, and Alameda Park. Rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. The only downsize is that Thursday, Friday...

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. I have stayed here three times. It combines the best of the traditional Mexican great house converted into a hotel with all the modern necessities. The location is perfect. The staff friendly. The food delicious. The details marvelous. The rooms vary. Some of the mattresses are a bit hard. But...

La Casona is a small hotel in the heart of a great neighborhood, Roma. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and spacious, and everything is very clean and well-presented. The hotel itself is a converted old mansion decorated with antiques and handicrafts, and guests can appreciate how the wealthy lived in Mexico City roughly 100 years ago. Today's traffic is...
