I recently ended an extended stay here and found the hotel to be adequate. First and foremost, the rooms are dated, somewhat small and noisy. I could hear the entire floor leaving every morning. The good news is that the hotel is undergoing a renovation so the rooms may be updated with this. The shower in my room was horrible...

We stayed for two days and the room that we were assigned on the 39th floor was great. We were also surprised when we found on the desk top a fruit basket, water bottle and a small box of homemade chocolates. That really was a very nice welcome and the service at our check in and check out was perfect....

This hotel was located in a lovely neighborhood in Mexico City "Polanco" and was an easy taxi ride away from the airport. Although the neighborhood is aesthetically beautiful the local night scene is average and actually pretty dead. The local restaurants had mediocre food at inflated prices and most places we ate had awful service. The hotel itself had good...

The Hotel is located at Polanco (the nicest place in Mexico City). My room had a great panoramic view of National Auditorium, the decoration is dated (old bathroom, old carpet, old furniture), and there are some noises in the night (slight hissing and hammering noises on pipes) that makes me difficult to catch a dream. Also, the room has a...

I stayed here one night this week. There are no complaints however I agree with a previous reviewer that it needs updating in general. The hotel's fixtures were dated which is surprising for this brand. Again - no complaints but this was a very average hotel but in a great location.

Location in Polanco, right by Chapultepec Park is outstanding, roms in high floors have amazing views. However, room decoration is dated and renovation is badly needed. Also, room did not have a hairdryer, was brought up once I requested it... for a hotel of this quality, would expect more attention to detail from housekeepers doing the rooms.
