The intercontinental in Mexico is situated in one of the most expensive area of the city. The rooms are super clean with a very interesting design, I liked it. It is expensive but you will get for what you paid. Staff is super nice and there is a huge choice of restaurants inside the hotel which is amazing. The view...

We stayed at this wonderful hotel in a safe and beautiful section of the city. Walking distance from shopping centers, restaurants, museums, metro system and the incredible Chapultepec Gardens, with its beautiful Castle, lake and zoo. Our room was facing this park directly and the Auditorium. There were plenty of taxis and tourist busses just across the street, and a...

I stayed here in May of 2017 for work. On my first night I fell extremely ill. Rather than making me go to some foreign hospital by myself, they had me talk to a doctor who came to me at the hotel at 12:30 at night and treated me. The concierge sent someone to the pharmacy for me at 1:45...

I stayed here in April 2017 for work. The hotel is located in what is considered a safe neighborhood of Mexico City called Polanco. The hotel was great, but upon arrival, and for the first 3-4 days I was there, they had metal detectors, security & police, and K9 units screening visitors. They weren't there on the last day, so...
